"So what happened to them?!" The little girl stared at her father who was peering lovingly at his daughter, amused at her question.
"Well... the curse broke, and they finally got married." He said, picking up his six year old daughter in his arms.
"What? That's it? Did they kiss? Did they have kids?!!" The girl flailed her arms in the air, prompting the man to chuckle at the myraid of questions that were sent his way while she gazed at him with her big and innocent eyes that held much curiosity.
"Well, they-"
The door slammed open, and there came trudging a woman who was clad in sundress, with spots of paint that decorated and brought about a mysterious liveliness to the sunflower prints.
"Noah Axton Carter!" The woman screamed setting the grocery bags on the table before snatching up the clothing. "How many times do I have to tell you to not leave your dirty coat on the table!"
"Mommy!" The little girl came running towards her mother with her outstretched arms, jumping into an embrace.
"Hey sweetie!" She cooed, smothering her daughter with kisses. Afterall, she was her energy bar, the person she looked forward to after the end of a workday.
"Daddy was telling me a story!" The little girl said ecstatically while hugging her mother around her neck.
"Hmmm? What story?"
Immediately the man swooped in and took his daughter, placing her firmly on the floor. "Go play with your toys, mommy's tired."
"Okay!! Rest well mommy!" Obediently, the little girl pranced towards the living area where there were plenty of dolls and a doll house that sat eagerly, waiting for her attention.
Once their child was out of view, the man pulled the woman by the waist, enabling both hips coming into contact.
"So, what's the story?"
Despite the light creases on the sides of her eye, there was never a day where he wasn't mesmerised by her appearance. To him, she was beautiful beyond words.
Placing his index finger below her chin, he leaned in, tilting her head upwards to place a kiss upon those luscious lips.
As he deepened the kiss, he felt her arms settle over his shoulders, drawing him closer as he pressed against her chest. It was a treat for the two lovers after a long and tiring day.
As the two separated, the man proceeded to place light butterfly kisses along the curves that connected the shoulder and neck, smirking as he could feel just how much she was enjoying this.
Slowly, with his lips grazing the outline of her ear, his warm breath sent tickling sensations that shot down her spine. And those emotions intensified as he whispered under hushed tones, a word that they knew would hold true throughout eternity.
"Ours."

Despite its end, may this story of love, forgiveness, and passion continue to live in your hearts.
