Bella's POV:

* Bellas Birthday*

September 13th has finally rolled around and I am turning 4 years old! I am laying on my bed and it is currently 3am, I could not sleep last night. I dont think anyone knew I was awake. Last night I had another nightmare except my new family were all killed, I was really scared. I just layed there thinking for a few hours, but now I decided I wanted to get up. I rolled over and slid out of my huge bed. I walked over to the door and barley opened the door and slipped out and down the hall to Edwards room. Oh yeah, over the last few weeks Edward,Jasper, and Emmett have been socializing with me more and I wasnt as scared anymore. I looked into Edwards room and saw he wasnt there so I continued down the hall and looked into Em and Roses room and Alice and Jaspers room, no one was there. I walked down the stairs and looked around again, no one. I walked into the kitchen and looked around for someone, and I found Edward and Alice talking in low voices. They look over at me and smile, even though it did not reach their eyes. "Happy Birthday Bella!"Alice Exclaimed. I smiled and looked down at my bare feet. I felt arms being slung around me a realized it was Edward, he kissed my cheek and smiled but it still didn't touch his eyes. I frown and look between him and Alice. "What's wrong?" Edward looked away but Alice awnserd "Bella there are bad vampires, and some bad vampires are coming to visit." I heard Edward growl but I ignored him for a minute and just thought about how my families life was in danger. I started to panic, my heart rate began to pick up. They both gave me a look and Edward rubbed my back. After a few minutes I began to calm down and I had decided my fate. I would die for my family to keep them safe. Alice went into a vision and Edward also spaced out reading her thoughts. I sighed mentally because Edward cant read my mind but Alice can see my future when I chose what im going to do. Alice looked at me horrified and Edward started to yell at me. "Bella how dare you chose that future, we will take care of it!"

I started to burst out crying, I have never been yelled at by anyone from the Cullen family. I started to run away from them and I found the front door soon enough, I started to run as fast as I could. Edward nor Alice followed me so I continued to run even though they would be looking for me soon enough. I was good at climbing trees so I found one not far from the house and started to climb the tree and I got to the top about what seemed like an hour later. I stayed as quiet as I could and then I felt a small breeze behind me and saw who I didnt want to see right now, Edward. I jumped back not even realizing my actions and fell off the branch. I let out a blood curdling scream and hit the ground in a few seconds. Thats when I blacked out. Happy Birthday Bella, now everyone in the family will be safe.
