Tommy realized what Tubbo meant by having a job. This was horrible. People really come in and act like assholes? Wow. You could never find awesome Tommyinnit doing that. Never in the 16 years he was alive.
That last sentence is a lie and we know it Tommy.
The teenager had walked back home with Dust upon his shoulder. Tommy admired his new child. He loved him. He would never leave his side.
Yes you will.

The blonde opened the door and landed on the couch exhausted. The older boy had soon walked in the room after him.
"So has was your first day Tom?" The brunette was curious of how his friend had held up. Knowing his temper.
"Horrible. Someone said I was abusing Dust!" Tommy rolled over on his back looking up at Tubbo.
"Pfft did they now? But I mean did you at least enjoy the rest?" Tubbo didn't get he actually answer so he asked again.
"No. I hate working. Why must you punish me with this." The younger boy had pleaded.
"Because like I said. You need to help with money and now you have Dust you need to take care of as well." The brown eyed teen implied to the other.
Just let him go. Stop it Tommy.
"Ughhhh working is so difficult big mannn" The teen had sighed. He hated working. How had his roommate gone through a year of this already? He can't even take a day.
———————————————————————
"Wow Tom. You hit you're two months of working today. Proud of you." Tubbo had exclaimed. He was proud of Tommy.
"I'm proud I haven't quit yet." The other boy noted. He wasn't wrong, the people he had seen throughout the past month irritated him. A lot.
"Well yeah. You'd have to find another job." The brunette put forth the fact his roommate would still have to work.
Work to keep him alive? Is that it Tommy?
"You'd really make me go through that suffering again?" The blonde gasped in disbelief. He could not believe his friend had said that. Make him go through that again? Oh hell no.
———————————————————————
"Wil. I know you want to find the kid again but, we have to go to the cove. Like always you know this." Wil's father had insisted. Wil did know. It just wasn't his main focus. And he didn't want it to be.
"Fine." The dark browned boy replied with in annoyance. He really didn't want to see XD again. After last time.
Both had taken a long walk to the cove. Wil purposely walked slow.
"Nice to see you show up again after that" The same deep voice Tommy heard before spoke.
"I'm not here because I wanted to be okay?" Wil put forth. He didn't. He didn't know why he even agreed to going. He could have just stayed home.
You both should have done that. But you didn't. And now look what happened.
"Well whatever. I'm not here to argue with you. I'm here to speak on the main issue we have." The man had walked over the a large table in the cove. Soon all in the room gathered near.
"I'm here to tak about the code v." He held. The man wasn't going to let Tommy go. At all. Vigilante or not apparently.
Wil's face tensed. His father quickly gave him a look, one that said "You best cut it out now." And Wil did exactly as the face given told him.
"So speak on it XD" Wil suggested. He was sick of things being said and not done.
"I will damnit." XD seethed. He was sick of Wil's sarcasm and annoyance.
———————————————————————Tommy's face went from a warm smile to a a neutral annoyance face. There was a fucking gun to his head. Man he just wanted to go one day without chaos. Apparently not.
"Money now. Or the kid dies." The man standing next to Tommy had said.
Two thing wrong in that sentence again Tommy.
"Look man. I don't know about you but this does not seem very manly of you." The blue eyed teenager expressed. He definitely was stupid for saying that.
"Just shut up kid. I'm not talking to you." The man snapped at Tommy. Harsh much. Geez.
"Well you kind of have a gun to my head and standing next to me so-" The teenager was now just messing with the guy. He didn't know the outcome of it but was hoping for being alive the outcome.
"I'll pull this fucking trigger right now if you don't shut up." The man had nagged at Tommy.
"Okay okay damn." The blonde announced his antics would begin to end.
"You." The man pointed at the rose haired women. "Money now."
Niki scattered to get the money out of the cashier she was standing near.
"Here." She only gave him ten, one dollar bills, to create an illusion she gave the man more.
"Yeah thanks." The man dropped the gun against Tommy's head and walked out.
"You're and idiot kid." Niki sighed in relief. She didn't need no lawsuit against her.
"Yeah I know." Tommy shrugged it off. He already knew that for ages now.
———————————————————————
"So you're telling me. You got a gun to you're head and acted like a complete idiot?" Tubbo had said pinching his nose bridge.
"Yes." The blonde concluded. He just said that. Did Tubbo not listen orrrr?
"Okay then. Also keep Dust in your room for a bit okay?" The brunette suggested. Tommy didn't want to shut his child away. But it was probably for a good reason. So he nodded in agreement.
"Thank you. Once you're done I'll tell you why." The older teen claimed. The tone it was said obviously wasn't something Tommy did. Which was good.
———————————————————————
"You must stay in here my child. I have your water and your food in here already. And your box." Tommy took Dust off of his shoulder and placed him on his bed while giving him a last pet before he left the room.
———————————————————————
"So what's up Tubster?" Tommy had asked his roommate.
"We need to talk Tommy. And I mean talk." Tubbo demanded. This time changed quickly. Oh shit.
Just leave it now Tommy. You'll know what happens if you do.
