"Trey baked some strawberry tarts for my birthday party. You should come and eat some too ... eh, nothing really. This is not the Queen of Hearts Law." Riddle pouted, not wanting to admit his true feelings out loud, knowing you would understand his intentions. And you did.

"Okay." You kissed his cheek, making him blush a beautiful red that would put the roses to shame.

When the big day finally came, everyone was there. From Heartslabyul to the other dorms. Friends and classmates alike.

"Now, let the party begin ... to say this on my birthday, it's a little embarrassing." He admitted, quite shyly a bit.

And you were up front with Grim, Ace, Deuce and the rest as Riddle was in his birthday suit, thanking you all.

"Today isn't an "Unbirthday". It's a special day of the year, to play the protagonist role, I'll enjoy it to the fullest." His bright, precious smile made you cry happily internally, your own smile on par with his for how happy you were for him.

But you were also there for another reason. Being the one tasked with doing these birthday interviews for the NRC Newspaper, today was no different. But this would be your favorite to do. The Riddle Edition.

"Happy birthday ... beloved." You blushed red as you added your nickname for him.

"Thank you. You did come too. This makes me really happy." Riddle smiled with affection in his smile, voice and face.

"How's the party?"

"I'm having fun. Food and decoration are also perfect. Everyone seems to work hard to plan this. I can feel their hard work ... I'm happy for it. The pansies embroidery on tablecloth seems to be done by Ace and Deuce. It's sloppy but still have cuteness in them. I think it's a very nice party. I hope you enjoy it too. "Could you tell us ... or um, could you tell me ... about a birthday memory? Your favorite or most memorable? Anything at all, really." You asked, feeling a bit shy.

"Ah right ... previously, dorm students came to me and said "We received a message from Trein-sensei. It was an urgent call, so I was a bit nervous and went straight to the designated room. But, the ones who waited behind the door ... turned out to be dormitory students. They rang crackers and put some weird hat on me ... and said "Happy Birthday!" I couldn't understand what was going on, and I was startled for a while. Trey and Cater laughed when looking at my expression." He explained, a wistful smile adorning his face looking back on those times.

"That sounds fun." You commented.

"Well, I properly "thanked" those who surprised me." That twisted smirk of his when saying that made you want to gulp until it then turned into a firm glare, making you now want to shiver from the sharp sight. "For whatever reason they dare to trick me." That glare drooped into a pout that now made you want to coo at the sight. "Geez, everyone sure got some guts. Well, it was my first time to have a lively birthday with lots of people ... It has become a good memory until now."

"Until now?" You dare asked.

"Indeed. After all ... you're here, aren't you?" Riddle smirked a bit, making you fluster to which he chuckled.
