A prophecy came down for the mages. Two children will be born at the same time on the same day. Bearing the marks of the deities...
Erin and Daylin are sleeping when they found themselves in the same dream. Confused at what's happening, they tried to look around the place. All they can see are beautiful flowers. They don't know what's going on and just continue on searching until they found a unique shaped crystal that is emended on a big solid rock.
Daylin tried to pluck it out but she failed. Erin tried as well and has the same result. They decided to do it together. They look around to find something that can help them to pluck the crystal out. And so, they did find a perfect tool. They start plucking the precious gem out and they succeeded.
It fell on the ground between them. They both bent down to pick it up but, the moment their hands touched it, they felt a burning sensation in their hands. The crystal was cut in half. The thing that scares them is that the crystals are now buried in their palms.
They looked at each other with fear in their eyes. They tried to pluck it out of their palms but they can't. Their eyes widened as the crystals start to glow. Then they heard a voice calling their names.
"Who are you?" Daylin asked.
"Show yourself!" Erin demanded.
They covered their eyes as a bright light hit their visions. Slowly, the light forms into a human. They gasped and kneeled as they recognized it was the king of the deities, Ijus.
"My lord" they both said.
"Arise my queens." They obeyed the deity.
"Listen my children. You two will bear a child. Born at the fated day at the same time. They will be the light that guides. The calm in the darkness. Everything will be in their hands. Cherish and protect them. Don't let evil possess them. These gems will give them the power as you carry them." Ijus told them.
"My lord, will they know that the children are ours?" Erin asked.
"A prophecy will come down. Two powerful kingdoms will bear the mark of the deities. On the fated day, new lives will be born. The answer to the peace that everyone is wishing for. The answer, to end the evil." Ijus told them the prophecy.
"But there are other kingdoms. How will they know it's us?" Daylin asked.
"Those who seek darkness will see their doom. They will do everything to prevent it. Rumors about you conceiving will reach them," Ijus answered.
"But my lord-
"Protect the fated ones"
Ijus said before he disappeared and the two queens woke up. Their kings have been trying their best to wake them up. Erin and Daylin told their husbands about the prophecy. They promised to protect their children no matter what.
