Moving on.
Yes. I've read so many poems saying that you need to flip the page in order to move on. Not reread the previous pages, I know, okay.
But in fact, there's so much more behind 'flipping the page'.
First moving on takes time.
Second, there's realizing, accepting, healing and learning. The four most important stages you mustn't forget while moving on.
When realizing, the common memories are the good ones. For a second, you let the bad moments slip away while you feel denial.
While when accepting, you let yourself remember the bad memories and that's when you start analyzing.
That's also when you start to let yourself heal, because you've already accepted it and realized it.
When you've had all the three stages, the fourth one will come: learning.
Learning how to be better.
Not only for others, but also for yourself.
That's moving on.xxx Me
