He Did It Once So He Can Do It Twice

Hi. This would be no one's POV since both of them fainted. I'll tell you if the pov changes along the way.

Katsuki is immediately lead to the OR while todoroki is to a bed. Since his injuries are not fatal, only first aid kit was done to him.

In the OR, the doctors are moving quickly to save katsuki's life. They put oxygen mask on him as they tend to his numerous broken bones and wounds. A blood transfusion is also underway as he lost too much blood. The most pressing issue aside from the blood loss is his neck. Multiple doctors operated and monitored his condition.

20 minutes later, they fixed his neck and then proceeded to fix his wounds and cuts. However, in the process, katsuki's heart stopped beating. They imeediately defibriliate him and after 3 attempts, his heartbeat came back. With that, everything was smoothly done and the operation ended.

Todoroki POV
After the ambulance came, i don't know what happened to us. Right now, i'm in one of the rooms of the hospital. My wounds are properly dressed and the blood was no longer on my body. I changed my clothes they provided. They told me to rest for 3 days and i'm good to go.

"What happened to bakugou? Where is he now? Is he ok?"

"The man you came with? He's fine now. He was operated last night and it was a success. Right now, he's resting to recover in another room. Don't worry too much and focus on your own recovery."

"That's a relief."

3 days passed and i was dismissed from the hospital. I visited katsuki first.

'He's still sleeping. When will he wake up?'

I ask one of the doctors attending to katsuki.

"He suffered great injuries so it would take at least a month for him to recover. I'm sorry but i don't know exactly when he will wake up because it was a race against time during his operation. His heart once stopped but fortunately, we were able to bring him back. This is all we can do."

I look at bakugou once again before heading back home. I was about to exit the premises but a pair of police officers greeted me outside. Apparentĺy, they investigated my house because someone reported it 3 days ago.

"Sir todoroki shoto, you are under arrest for attempted murder, sexual assault, and many other crimes. Please go with us to the police station."

"What are you talking about? I did not do such thing! You're mistaken. I would not be able to do that. I'm innocent!"

"Explain that on the way."

"N-no! B-bakugou will tell you what happened. He's still umconscious but i'm sure he'll tell you it's not me! Someone must have barged in at my house. I did not do it!"

With a look of desperation, he pleaded the police but it was to no avail. He was dragged to the station. All the evidence points to todoroki as the suspect.

He sat down there in the interrogation room with his head down, muttering repeatedly to himself.

"I did no such thing. I'm not the culprit. I did not do it. I... i..."

The interrogation ended because he's not in the right mind to have a converstaion. However, with all the evidence they gathered, they can't let him go. But they can't proceed with the case because the victim or relatives of the victim should be the ones to file a case. As outsiders, they can't file a case against him even with all the evidence on hand.

Todoroki spent the next month being monitored by the police. He was permitted to go home but is in the cause of house arrest.

15 days after todoroki visited him, katsuki opened his eyes. He was not able to speak for a while due to his operation. He was able to eat easy to eat foods. A month later, his body is mostly recovered. He was now able to speak and got to hear about the news of todoroki.

He cried as he remembered the night he was raped and almost killed. The vivid scenes, the pain and the fear hit him once again. He was like that for a week. After that, he can now accept the reality. He spent most of his time asleep or dazed.

A week after, 2 police officers came to visit him and talk about filing a case for todoroki because he is the only one who could.

"Can you give me some time to think?"

"... Of course. We'll be back tomorrow at this time again."

"Please get well soon."

When the 2 is gone, katsuki thought about the time they spent together. His eyes lifeless, unmoving and suddenly, a trail of tears roll down his face from both of his eyes.

'How did we get to this? Todoroki is kind, sweet, gentle and considerate. But how about the todoroki from that night?'

I trembled as i remember his face. I hugged myself and hung my head low.

'Why? I thought we were good. He was the best i could ever have. He's the only one who treated me as if i'm precious. So why?! Why did you do that? Why did you also foeced me the way he did? Why did you tried to kill me? But he was probably just tired that day right? He did not meant that right? He loves me right? I'm right right?'

"Wah.. ak!..."

Droplets of water drop to the bedsheet.

'No. If he did it once, he can do it twice or more. I have to get away from him too.'

The next day, the police arrived and katsuki decided to file a case for todoroki's crimes. Soon after, a trial happened and todoroki was sentenced to 15 years in prison and a fine of 150,000. In addition, his father's death came to light as one if his doing so he will mist likely spend his entire life in prison.

They never crossed paths again after that. As soon as katsuki was discharged from the hospital, he immediately went to his parent's hometown in the countryside.
