Chapter 6: Rescuing Nightmare?? (Final)

Nightmare's POV
I was tired and scared. I knew they weren't coming.. I decided my best bet was to try and sleep. But I didnt know if I could even fall asleep. I tried anyway though. I guess I ended up falling asleep, because I woke up, in I think the morning. There was no windows where I was, so I didnt know what time it was... Im hoping they come to help me today.. I dont know if they'll come at all though. I havent lost all hope yet.. "C'mon Ink.. Dream.. Somebody.. I know your out there somewhere, planning a way to get me back...I hope...."

Error's POV
About a half an hour later, I went to check on Dream, to see him sleeping. I went, and sat in the chair next to his bed, as I do every night, working on a puppet..I wanted to make sure Dream was safe, so Im staying up all night to make sure nothing can hurt him.. About an hour passed, and Id made a Dream puppet. Not a good one either.. It was a goopy version of Dream. Almost as if he was corrupted like Nightmare.. I didnt like it though.. I liked my Dream the way he is. Nothing can change that. Just then Dream started whimpering. I figured he was having a nightmare, or something like that. So with my strings, I picked him up, and set him my lap. "HeY, hEy. ItS oK. iTs NoT rEaL.." I cuddled him for a bit, and when he calmed down. I set him back down in his bed, and tucked him in. I resumed making something with my strings. I didnt quite know what I wanted to make, but I just went along with it. After a long time of making something, I had a blanket. I wrapped the blanket up, and continued to keep alert.

Dreamy boi's POV
I woke up, and saw Error sleeping in the chair next to my bed, and chuckled. "How sweet.." I saw the puppet, and the blanket next to him.. The puppet sent shivers down my spine. "B-But Id never eat the apple..." I picked up the puppet, and examined it carefully. When I was done, I put it back, and went to make breakfast. But when I got down stairs, someone was already making food. I yawned, as I walked into the kitchen, and saw Ink making breakfast. "Ink? Why are you making breakfast? Im usually cooking for everyone.." "Well..I felt bad that your always cooking, Dream. We never do anything for you, even though you do everything for us. So I decided to return the favor." "Thanks Ink.." "No problem, Dreamy."

Dreamy boi's POV
I hugged Ink. "Im gonna wake the others up." "Ok Dreamy." I went and woke the others for beakfast. We sat at the table, and everyone was surprised when Ink brought out the food. "Dream, why did Ink bring out the food?" "Ink made us breakfast, Horror." "Thats right. I felt bad that I havent really done anything for Dream. Especially with all the stuff hes done for me.." Everyone was silent for breakfast, no one would talk, even if I tried to start a conversation. I just sighed, finished my breakfast, went upto my room, and started to plan on how we get find Nightmare's location. After a couple hours, I pin pointed three places. I decided to check then out myself, then get the others. So I packed a bag of stuff, and headed out. Heres my first place... a really old mansion. About 2,000 yars..Lets go in and check... I walked into the masion, and saw portraits everywhere. Of lots of skeletons. Must've been the owners.. they dont live here anymor e though. It was abandoned about 600 years ago. "Hm.. Ive searched the entire down stairs, now for the upstairs..." I walked up the stairs, and saw rooms, lot of rooms, lined next to each other. I assumed these were the bedrooms, bathrooms, and the guest rooms. I checked every room. Nothing. "The masion is clear." I left the mansion, and went to my next location. Our castle in Dreamtale... This place was abandoned, but not destroyed, so the castle is up for grabs. I decided to check there. Of course, I didnt think he would be there.. It wouldnt make since, because Nightmare would be able to escape easily. But I checked anyway. "Nothing in the basement.. or behind the paintings...or any other place where you could hide a room..." Interesting.. I knew he wouldn't be. But its always safe to check.. Now. I need to get to the last place. I walked through a thick forest, and finally ended up at an old shack, that has been there since Nightmare and I were kids. He has to be here! I walked in. And immediately heard talking. I walked closer to where the talking was coming from, and saw a secret door. It was pretty hidden, but when I focused I found it. Before going in I listened in on their conversation. "So. What do you think boss wants with that purple skeleton?" "I heard it was Prince Nightmare from Dreamtale. And that hes super dangerous. So bpss wants to get Prince Nightmare to join us. And when he does. We'll be unstoppable!" "How do you know he'll say yes?" "Boss will try four techniques. He'll ask Price Nightmare. And if he refuses, then he'll threaten him. If that doesnt work, he'll threaten his brother Prince Dream. When he does that, Prince Nightmare should go into his corrupted form, and agree because he'd need negativity. If he still doesn't agree though, boss with have to brainwash him.." "I see.." "Mhm. Anyway. Boss wants us to check the perimeter, zo make sure no ones around." "Ok then." I ran out of there as quickly and quietly as possible. I was gonna tell the others what I found out. I ran as fast as I could back to the mansion, not stopping. I burst through the door. "G-Guys.. N-Nightmare.. brainwash.. secret door... a-abandoned shed.." I then passed out..

Berry boi's POV
"Dream!" I yelled as I ran, and caught him before he hit the floor. I sighed in relief. "He needs to rest..Ill take him to his room." "Ok BlUe. BuT iM cOmInG wItH yOu." "Ok then, Error." "GoOd." I took Dream to his room, and Error followed. "I'lL sTaY iN hErE wItH dReAm. InCaSe He MiGhT nEeD sOmEtHiNg." "Ok Error." I walked back to the livingroom, and resumed what I was doing before.

Nighty's POV
I managed to get a couple hours of sleep. Thats good right? Atleast I got some sleep. I over heard two guys talking about some sort of plan, including me. I was terrified with what I heard. I have to get out of here! I tried untying the rope, and loosened it a bit! Thats when I heard someone coming. I stopped untying the rope, just as the person entered my room. "Hm... Trying to escape I see.. Ill tell you what. You help me get outta here. I let you go." "What do you mean, get you out of here?" "I was kidnapped, and forced to join them. If you take me with you, so we can escape together, then Ill let you go." "Deal." "Good choice. Now. Lets get out of here." He untied me, and helped me escape. We were running through the forest, and I saw the mansion. "Hurry. I know where we can camp out for a bit, to catch our breath." "O-Ok.." We arrived at a huge tree stump. "Woah." "I know. We can rest here for a bit. Then you can help me escape." "Mhm." We sat there for about an hour. Wed gathered our energy and I started leading him towards the mansion. "C'Mon. Not much farther." We arrived at the mansion. "We'll be safe here. Get inside." We ran inside the mansion. Everyone was staring at us. "Hello. Im back. Where's Dream and Ink?" "Dream's sleeping, and I don't know what Ink's doing." "Thank you Dust, Im going to see Dream. And Horror, no eating him. Hes our friend." "Aw. Fine.." "Good." I walked upto Dream's room, and walked inside. Inwas surprised to see Error. But it didnt bother me. "I got back." "I cAn SeE tHaT. gLaD tO hAvE yOu BaCk BoSs." "Im glad to be here." I sat down in the chair at the end of Dream's bed. "Hey Dream. Im back. Anyway... I gonna go see Ink now. Love you brother. See you later Error." "ByE bOsS." I went to find Ink, and he was in the kitchen. I walked up behind Ink and hugged him from behind. "Inky!"
