It's a warm, clear, bright blue morning in early spring in Telmar, and the blazing sun illuminates every corner of the castle and its surroundings. The streets of the village were lined with yellow and red flags, as on the coronation day of the King of Telmar and Narnia, flowers of all kinds and shapes colored the light posts and windows in the houses of the people and an immensity of joy and excitement coming from children and young people, on this day of celebration.

The bride looked at herself beaming in her bedroom mirror, her long white dress with lace wrapped around the top and sleeves, on top of her head, she wears a silver crown and a white veil would stretch to the floor. The maids still provided her with details of the dress so that it would be perfect.

The knock on the door made everyone in the room look, Thea saw in the mirror the door open to see Reepicheep, Glenstorm and Aslan, all with huge smiles as they saw Thea in the stunning traditional white dress.

The maids courted the Great King of Narnia, the wise and kind lion, bidding Thea farewell and leaving her with the three men in the room.

"You look wonderful, Theodora." said the brave leader of the talking mice of Narnia, walking to the sofa beside her.

"Well thanks, Reep." smiling at him

"Do you think I'm ready for this?" she asked worriedly, she knew it was the best choice to have accepted Caspian's request, the couple is so happy and affectionate. But she felt that she wouldn't be prepared for big roles like being a Queen.

"You're just nervous and unsure about what the future holds, dear one." said Aslan, approaching the two. "You shouldn't, you and Caspian have been together for a year."

"I just wish they could be here" smiled sadly and Thea looked at Aslan.

It had been a year since the Pevensies left Narnia, every day she remembered them, she misses them. She always thought that when she got married she wanted the four of them to attend the ceremony. Moreover, help her be a good queen to everyone, even if Thea had already attracted everyone's love with her kindness, selflessness, affable and considerate affections towards the people. And now, she would be marrying the man she effortlessly fallen in love with it.

"I presume they too would like, but they are certainly happy for both of you, my lady." said Reepicheep assuring her modestly.

Thea's hands slide into the soft material of her wedding dress, taking a deep breath, calming herself and smiling at the three more confidently. "Let's do this"
