Best feeling ever?
Waking up late on a weekend.
I've always loved the weekends. No school, no fake bitches, no nothing! You can do whatever the hell you want because you're not obliged to listen in history class about how the Greeks influenced the world. You don't have to pretend that you like someone whom you actually hate. You don't have to do anything that's against your will and I love it!
It's unfair how we only get to have two days of pure freedom though. I mean honestly, two days isn't enough to make up for the five days of struggle in school. I'm just thankful that we didn't get any homework or else I would've woken up earlier to do them!
By the time I woke up it was already one in the afternoon. I went down to check if mom was around but she left a note on the kitchen counter saying she was going out. Well, it looks like I'm home alone. Hmmm... What should I do? I think a movie marathon needs to take place!
Thrilled by the idea, I ran back upstairs to my room and sat on my bed. There are usually good and clear movies online so I pressed the power button of my laptop and proceeded to Google. I searched for Just Go With It starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. This was one of my all time favorite movies. I've watched this countless of times already and practically memorize every line and scene, but I still get giddy and excited. Romantic comedies have always been my favorite kind of movies along with animations.
While I waited for the movie to load, I decided to check on my account over at checkz. It's been a little more than a month since I last logged in and I'm actually kind of curious as to what's been happening since I was away.
I opened the application on my phone and quickly typed in my username and password. As soon as I was logged in, I saw a whole lot of notifications and messages awaiting for me to be opened! Wow. I did expect messages from my friends but not over fifty! I'm guessing a bunch of thirsty guys messaged me. I tapped on the messages tab and saw seven messages from my friends asking where I was and why I wasn't active on the site anymore. The rest... Well, they're from thirsty douche bags.
I quickly replied to my friends and then checked my notifications. I've received lots of votes since I was gone, and also got some comments and likes on my pictures. Aside from that, nothing interesting really happened. I closed the application, turned the air conditioning to the coldest temperature possible, and proceeded watching my chick flick.

By the time my mom arrived home, I was already on my third movie which was Tinkerbell.
Don't give me that judging look. I know you like Tinkerbell as well. *pokes tongue out*
The look on her face when she came in my room and saw me wrapped up in my comforter like a cocoon with my head sticking out was hilarious. The room was freezing and I was too lazy to turn the temperature down. Thank God she brought me some take home Chinese food or I would have to find food for myself.
"What did you do all day? Just watched movies?" She asked. "Well, I woke up around one in the afternoon, I saw your note and yeah. Just watched movies all day I guess."
"Did you even eat?"
"I ate some junk food."
"That's not even real food."
"Well you know that I can't cook for my life! You should've left me food to reheat or something." I pouted.
"I did. You should've checked the fridge." My mom laughed at me. Ooops. My bad I guess.
I looked at the clock and saw that it was already seven in the evening! Holy cow! I didn't even realize it was night time already. I didn't even shower. I must look like a hobo right now. Maybe I even smelled like one. I should take a shower after eating my food. Food always comes first no matter what.
What I love about Chinese food is the fortune cookies that come with it. The thrill of cracking a cookie and receiving a strip of paper that could or couldn't happen in the future excites me. Sometimes I even forget to eat the cookie itself because I'm so intrigued by the words written on the paper. I would usually say "Nah, this is so not true" or "Nope. Totally not happening." but then BOOM. It does, and it awes me.
Sometimes, the message in the cookie would confuse me because it wouldn't make sense. I'm having one of those moments right now.
I cracked the fortune cookie open and it said, "Could I get some directions to your heart?"
What the hell?
I am so confused.
