2017 in the middle of april: Taehyung planned to have a little trip to Jeju island with his boyfriend. There were only a few free days for them until they continued their concert in Bangkok. So he planned everything out already beforehand, booked the hotel and the flight. They wanted to do this for a while, so Taehyung was super excited about it.

He sneaked into Jungkook's room, who was gaming a bit, smiling widely as Jungkook pulled him into his lap. "I have a surprise for you», he smiled widely, biting his lips. "What is it?» His doe eyes scanned Taehyung's face curiously. «We're going to Jeju island this weekend!» Taehyung threw his arms up in the air in Joy. Jungkook looked at him with big eyes. «Oh...»

Taehyung's arms fell down in disappointment. "Aren't you happy about it?» «Of course I do...but...I can't...» «What? Why?» Taehyung felt his heart clench. "It's my gradpa's birthday. I go home to Busan for that. The whole weekend." Taehyung looked at him horrified. "What? You didn't even tell me!" Jungkook looked down in guilt. "Can I come along?» ,Taehyung asked softly. Jungkook shook his head.

"My grandpa....how should I put it...isn't fond of gay relationships... I don't want to upset him. Since it's his birthday." "He still don't know about us?" Jungkook gulped, "No." «But everyone from my family knows it!» «Your family is way more understanding.» Taehyung pouted. «Everything is organized already...» «I'm sorry baby. What about you go with someone else instead? With your sister for example?» Taehyung's pout got even bigger.

«I wanted to go with you...» "We go another time. I promise.» «I wanted to go for so long already.» «I'm sorry», he kissed his pout, trying to remove it without success.

Next morning, Jungkook bid his goodbye to go to his family stay. Taehyung was sulking the whole night, but now feeling pissed. That's why he decided to go to Jeju island still. His body plopped down on his bed while he dialled a number on his phone. "Bogumie hyung! It's Tae. So I was wondering...are you free this weekend?"

As Jungkook returned from his stay at Busan, he didn't have a clue what was awaiting him. Taehyung wasn't back yet from his trip and Jungkook missed him, he barely had time to contact him, only spoke to him once during his time away, and it was rather short than anything. Jungkook was too busy and didn't care enough about his boyfriend for those days. Which was a big mistake.

Taehyung didn't call him, so Jungkook knew that his boyfriend was mad. Also heard it in his short cut answers as they talked to one another that one time. It was Taehyung's way whenever he was mad on him. Punishing him with ignorance and silence.

Jimin smiled at Jungkook as he stepped into the living room, greeting him friendly. "Hey bro, you're good?» Jungkook walked up to him, giving him a friendly hug "Yep, you too? Where's Tae?" "He isn't back yet from his trip.» Jungkook pulled back surprised. "So? Then he really went to Jeju island?" Jimin raised his eyebrows in surprise "You didn't know?"

"No, we barley had contact", Jungkook lowered his head in guilt "With who did he go?" Jimin didn't know what to say. "Jungkook...you should treat your boyfriend better..." Jungkook nodded, but some uneasy feelings crawled up his spine. "Jimin...with who did he go?" Jimin gulped, licking his lip. "Jimin..." , Jungkook's voice was laced more with demand than with fear. Jimin looked at him, and then looked away quickly. "Park...Bogum..."

Jungkook's heart sunk in his chest. "That's a joke, right?" But Jimin didn't respond. Instead, he grabbed his phone and went on Bogum's Twitter account, showing him the newest pic. It showed Taehyung and Bogum on a meadow on Jeju island. Jungkook stared at it shocked, feeling like the air was cut out of him. He was gasping for air, hyperventilating.
