Taehyung was right, they got to hear an earful from their staff after acting so careless on Vlive. The outcome was a mess on twitter, hate messages towards him, ship wars and forced separation in cam time. Taehyung was really upset, especially since some 'fans' wrote rude things to him or Jungkook on social media. It hurt him and he didn't know how to take all that.

Not to worry Jungkook, he kept all this to himself. Their fragile relationship needed to be protected, so Taehyung just tried to do this. He smiled fondly at him, watching him from afar, how he was play fighting with Jin, before they had their shooting. Taehyung wasn't allowed to stand any near of Jungkook, was always waved away or put in the very end of the other side as soon as any camera started.

Jungkook glanced over to him, but since he was smiling at him, he just accepted their orders, playing along. Taehyung was bothered though, thinking that Jungkook wasn't as affected by all that as he was. It was their job. It wasn't a big deal. Jungkook was right. When they get back into their hotel room, they will spend time together again. Really no big deal.

After a few days, the managers, let them gather together.

"We have news. You are going to the BBMA's." The news were shocking, having Hobi and Tae making happy dances, till everyone was joining them, even Yoongi. Those were good news, having all of them excited. They shared with the members the schedule, they won't perform, but where informed about their nomination, interviews after that and so on, letting them all go then, but called Taehyung and Jungkook back.

"You two. I know it's hard to keep your hands off of each other, but this isn't about your relationship. This is about your band, and we want to represent you as 7. So don't even think of doing anything funny in front of the camera at the billboard music awards, do you understand?"

"Yes", both said defeated. "We will seat you far away from each other. If we drive with more than one car, you will be separated. Your rooms will be apart from each other too. Even on the plane, you won't sit next to each other. Am I clear?" "Yes, of course." "No scandals anymore. This is a huge step for your band, don't drag the attention away from the music and art, which is your job." Taehyung nodded, looking to his feet. He was about to cry, while Jungkook pouted, looking at the staff with his big doe eyes, looking like a lost puppy.

Gone was his will to fight against them, gone the rebellion. They were both tired to fight against their own company, so they did just as they were told. Even if it hurt them to the core. Besides being upset, guilt against their other members weight heavy in their hearts. They were really selfish, weren't they?

They walked out of the room, not daring to speak, till Taehyung broke the silence. "I...I think it's better if we try to have some alone time...to practice...yeah...let's just set a time where we will be together." "You want to grow distant to me?" Jungkook's face made Taehyung's heart skip a beat. "No", he sighed, I just try to be more capable to have my distance when we are in the states. You heard them."

"It's still a lot time till we go to the BBMA's. almost a month." Jungkook wanted to hold his hand. "I know...but let's just focus on our career", he sighed as he saw Jungkook's sad eyes. "You know how clingy I am. The more you are with me, the clingier I get. And I'm afraid that I won't be able to stop it if we need to." Jungkook nodded. "Okay...so...I go have a shower then...can we...can we meet tomorrow though?" "Yeah, tomorrow will be alright." "Awesome. Okay then...I go to my hotel room then."
