Poems are my go-to
When I need to get away.
They're kinda like my safe space
When emotion gets in the way.
But lately it hasn't been an outlet,
Just a way to hide my crush.
About a boy named Parker
Who I'm really scared to rush.
Park makes my thoughts slow down,
Which is the best thing in the world.
Cause ADHD is a wild thing
And it gets me overwhelmed.
He makes me think before I speak,
Something I rarely do.
I love asking him questions
Cause he's really fucking cool.
Sometimes I wonder if I bother him
Asking my questions all day long.
But he hasn't ignored me yet,
And we really get along.
