Ashley

"Hon, you're on soon.", a tech crew member said, smiling at me as she poked her head into my dressing room.

I nodded, as I fixed brushing my hair.

Today I was having my first live interview, on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

To think that I stayed up every night to watch this show, and now I'm going to be on it? It's like a fever dream.

Mom, Dad, Alena and I drove to Manhattan, and we're staying in a really expensive hotel, but Jimmy is paying for everything.

Nick, Joe, Frankie, The Jonases and The Deleasea's are all coming as well.

I hardly could fall asleep last night, because I was super excited.

But then there was also a part of me that was really anxious.

What if I screw up? Spill a secret about someone?

I pulled out a piece of paper and began rolling it.

(giving deja vu from chapter 3)

That wasn't working, so I just got up and began pacing around the small dressing room.

Tears began to fall, and I just let them.

I was supposed to be on in an hour, but I just couldn't.

It felt like the sounds of my sobs seemed to fill the room.

Then, the worst of the worst began to happen.

I began to have a panic attack.

"No, no, no, no.", I mumbled, trying to calm myself down.

"Breathe Ashley, just relax.", I whispered.

But it wasn't working.

I knew I had only two options.

1: Try to help myself, which clearly wasn't working.

Or 2: Call Nick and Joe.

I went with option 2, considering that was my best option.

My dressing room was a while from the studio, so I sent them my location.

*Ashley😜 has shared their location with Nick💕 and Joe🤪*

Ashley: SOS.

Nick: are you actually hurt, or is this a reference?

Ashley: *insert photo of her tear stained face* does this look like just a reference to you?

Joe: what happened?

Ashley: just come, please. don't tell my parents yet.

4 minutes later, they finally got to me and as soon as they walked in, is when I lost it.

I began to sob, like a baby.
