flashback to chapter 1:

Not even looking in the room, I heard a familiar voice.

"I can get you both those things, if you let me meet ya.", a voice said.

I looked up to be met with Danielle and Kevin Jonas.

Holy Mother of Big Rob.

flashback over:

"Y-you're Kevin Jonas! And y-you're Danielle Jonas!", I replied in disbelief.

"Spot on, kiddo! I see you're a fan. Tell me right now, who's your favorite brother?", Kevin asked.

Was I really going to tell Kevin Jonas that he was my favorite?

"I plead the fifth.", I smirked.

Danielle, Kevin and I all started laughing so hard that we had to wipe our tears.

"She has a good sense of humor.", I hear Danielle whisper to Kevin.

"She does. She'd fit right in with Joe.", Kevin replied.

"So, care to tell us a little about you?", Danielle asked.

"Well, my name is Ashley Eliene, I'm 11, and I'm a huge fan of the JoBros. I collect vinyls and like to make movies or draw.", I smiled.

"Ashley, you sound like a great kid. Thank you for your time.", Danielle replied.

I went back upstairs afterwards and played my ukulele for a bit.

"Hey kiddo, can I come in?", Danielle asked.

"Yeah, of course.", I replied, putting my uke down.

"So, Kevin and I did some thinking.", she started.

I nodded, giving her the signal to continue.

"And we're going to adopt you!", she smiled.

My jaw dropped.

"Wait, really?", I asked.

She nodded, and pulled out signed paperwork.

"Oh my god, this is actually happening.", I smiled, tears running down my face.

"Oh, Ash.", Danielle said, hugging me, her new, adopted daughter.

"If you start crying, I'm going to as well.", Danielle chuckled.

I pulled away and looked behind mom to see my new dad.

"I take it Danielle told you. Welcome to our family, Ash.", Kevin smiled, hugging me.

"Thank you.", I replied.

We packed up my things and got home.

"Where's my Alena!", Danielle called.

1 year old Alena came running over.

"Sissy?", Alena asked.

"Yeah, I'm your new sissy. My name's Ashley.", I replied, picking her up.

"Ashwey!", she squealed, clapping her hands.

"Yeah, I'm Ashley.", I smiled.

I liked this.

Having a younger sister who would look up to me, and having a family.

Life was as good as it could get.

Or so I thought.
