chapter 25: Tour

(MARCH 15TH, NICKI'S POV)

It was time to leave for tour, and I had to say bye to Meek. He's on parole, so legally he can't leave the country. "Bye baby." he pulled me into a hug, and put his arm around my neck, kissing me. "Bye." I kissed back and hugged him. "I love you." 

"I love you too." He smiled and took my hand. "Let's go!" Sherika yelled, climbing the stairs of the plane. "I'll call you when we land." 

"Okay..I'll see you in a few months." 

"Bye.." I let go of his hand and walked on the plane. 

I wiped my tears and waved at Meek though the window. "You're not serious, Nicki."  Sherika says.

"W-what?"

"You're crying about being away from Meek."

"No..I'm crying because Safaree isn't going on tour with me.." I looked down and she hugged me. "Oh...I'm sorry."

"I'm gonna go call him." I got up and went into the bathroom. "Hey." He answered. "Hey Safaree." I  smiled. "I really wanna see you Nicki. Are you free this week?" He asks. My heart sunk. "I..I already left. I'm on my way to Sweden now."

"Oh...When will you be back?"

"July...I think."

He was silent. "I'm sorry.." 

"It's not your fault." He sighs. "Yes, it is. I planned to come see you before I left. And you're not gonna come all the way to fucking Sweden to see your ex. "

"I'll see you when you get back."

 "Okay...Well I gotta go.."

"Talk to you later, bye."

"Bye."

I hung up and put my head to the wall. "Ugh..." I groaned. It's crazy how we talk like we're still together. 

I went back to where Trey Songz, Sherika, Grizz and everybody else was. "Everything okay?"  Trey asks. "Yea..I'm good." I fake smiled and sat down across from him. I got a text from meek. "I miss you girl..you already know." It said. "I miss you too."

"I love you. You're beautiful. I know you'll kill it tomorrow, good luck." 

I smiled at that. "I love you too baby, and thank you."

"I gotta go to rehearsal for my show in a few days, imma text you when I get back."

"Okay :)"

 (ONE WEEK LATER)

I've done about 4 shows so far, and I'm already exhausted. Today, Meek's show sold out, so I tweeted something to congratulate him.

Today, we're in Paris. I'm so excited! The tour has been fun so far..I just feel like a piece of me is missing...
