Okay so they thought about Eren running away is starting to make a lot clearer sense. Eren didn't want to go rogue on the scouts, he just wanted to leave this community lifestyle and wants to be in a world where everyone is free and there's no suffering and death on every corner at every street.
And this song really brought a lot of attention to everyone and got them thinking about what they are fighting for.
