Just the Chorus lines of "No matter how hard I try, you're never satisfied" is what I think when Eren is trying his best to control his titan form or to prove that he is worthy of being a member of the Scouts.

A lot were at a loss for words to what this song was about, it's obvious that it's about a kid living in a hellish cruel home and wanting to live off on his own.

But how does this tie to Eren?

Shinshinjane "His living environment with the scouts and how he is treated by others because of what he is now."

Eren "That's..."

Everyone turns to him waiting to hear what he has to say. He gazed down.

Eren "The lines of 'No matter how hard I try, you're never satisfied.' is what I can connect when I was feeling angry and resentment when my mother told me to be more like Mikasa."

His friends were shocked at this bold statement. But no one was even more shocked than his two longest friends.

Everyone knew about his mother's death and how it's a painful topic to bring up, but to remember your parent to tell you to be more like someone else...

Is just heartbreaking.
