Chapter 7: Love

Rose found the place in the forest where you could really see the sunset. She sat next to Max.

"This is a very beautiful sunset," she said.

He looked at her softly. "This sunset is the best sunset I've ever seen..."

"Why?"

He gently grabbed her face. "Because I'm here with you, and you're more beautiful than a thousand sunsets."

She looked deep into his eyes and got lost. Then she felt lips pressed on to hers, and her eyes automatically closed.

His hands slid down her back as the kiss deepened. By the time they pulled away, it was already nighttime. He yawned.

"I'm tired; I think I'm gonna sleep here."

He laid down and closed his eyes. Rose felt sleepy too, but it was against the code to sleep with someone other than family.
I mean, it wouldn't hurt anybody, She thought.
She place her head on his chest and closed her eyes. His heartbeat and steady breathing brought her to sleep.

The morning they woke up, the sun was 1/4 in the sky. Rose panicked and jumped to her feet. Max slowly woke up.

"Why are you looking like that?" He asked slowly.

"I-I have to go." She ran away and picked up her dress in the process.

She jumped through the window of her cabin and pretended to asleep. Jade went up to her and said, "You dirty dog."

"I didn't mean to sleep with your brother; it was just the perfect opportunity."

Jade shook her head. "Come on, it's time to start training."

"Ok." And they walked into the bathroom to get ready.
