Today was another Monday. Just like any another Monday for an 22 year old. Taking the bus to college and going to my after college job at the local café. Life's not too bad, only a bit boring when your the only single friend who lives in a mini apartment and not with their loving rich boyfriend. I dont mind really. Most of the times. Its only that third-wheeling is not that fun.

-After College-

I made my way towards This and That Café wearing some black leggings and a grey plain t-shirt. I popped on my apron and stood behind the counter. Here goes. "Welcome to This and That Café. How can I help you". Yup, the same words repeated day in and day out. You may think I find it boring but sometimes I get left large amount of tips by some of the old rich people that live here.

Half-way through my shift, a young blonde haired boy wearing a black suit entered the café. Yeah he was good looking but something seemed off about him but I just brushed it off. I turned around to grab a glass and as I turned back all the customers hurried out of the door leaving the money on the tables. I stood there in bewilderment, slightly gaping at the events that just rolled out in front of me.

 As I got my to my senses the blue-eyed boy approached me and so I began my daily routine. "Hi welcome to This and That Café, how can I help you today". He shot me a sweet smile and asked for two iced caramel lattes. I started working my magic and two minutes later presented him with his order. He thanked me and payed leaving me a tip of 100 pounds. I, again stood gaping at the huge sum of money. Today was my lucky day I guess. Time to go shopping!
