Fred's POV

After what felt like an eternity later, the girls came out of the dorm.

Violet walked out and I was stunned, she was wearing a dress... she looked so beautiful, her hair down, her lips tinted of a dark red and her neck adorned by a shiny necklace.

'' Wow.'' said Blaise and Cedric.
'' You look-''
'' Beautiful.'' I interrupted Draco.

Bella jumped up and down.

'' Isn't she stunning?!''
'' Bel, stop.'' Violet giggled '' So, where are we going?''
'' Three Broomsticks, have some butterbeer?''
'' I'm going for the normal beer this time.''

As we headed there, Violet already seemed much happier than earlier and was actually talking a lot to every one of us.

VIOLET's POV

We walked to Hogsmeade while chatting cheerfully.

Once we finally got to the pub and walked in, the owner greeted us and gave us our usual table.

'' What will it be today?'' She took our order.
'' Everyone is having butterbeer?'' asked Cedric.
'' I'm having regular beer actually.''
'' Okay, then 5 butterbeers and 1 regular please.''
'' Alright, anything to eat?''

She continued to take our order and I zoned out, still processing everything that happened.

'' Violet?'' Fred called out.
'' Huh?''
'' You okay there?''
'' Yes, I'm okay!''

After a while a waitress brought us our drinks and I took a big sip immediately.

'' Eager to get drunk, are we?'' asked Draco.
'' Always.'' I giggled.

We were having a great time, eating, drinking and laughing, I was so grateful to be there with them.

Once I was on my sixth or so beer I got up with Bella to dance for a bit, and not so long after Fred and Blaise joined us.

'' Where is Cedric? And Draco?'' I looked around.
'' They had to go back, to do the prefect patrol I'm guessing.'' said Blaise.
'' Ooh, so we're on a double date now!'' Bella said.
'' Looks like it.'' I laughed and looked at Fred.

He widened his eyes for a second before shaking his head and laughing.

We danced and drank as much as we could before the pub closed, I was the only one who had drunk alcohol so I was a bit tipsy, fortunately, I didn't do anything stupid other than laughing and getting sleepy.

'' Let's head back, come on.'' Fred wrapped his arm around me to help me support my weight.

Blaise and Bella walked right behind us while holding their hands, I looked back at them and smiled.

'' Hm?'' Fred looked down at me '' What are you smiling about?''
'' The lovebirds behind us, I was remembering how Draco and I pushed them into asking each other out.''
'' That was really nice of you guys.''
'' By the way, I've been meaning to ask you something.''
'' Yes?''
'' You, Draco, Blaise and Bella, you guys don't get along, how come you guys were so friendly towards each other now?''
'' Well, I guess we realized we have some things in common.''
'' What do you guys have in common?''
'' We love you, we want you to be happy.''

He ran his fingers gently down my cheek, and I smiled shyly against his warm hand.

Once we arrived at the castle Blaise and Bella said goodnight and headed their way down to their dorms while Fred helped me walk back since I was still stumbling a bit from the beer.
