Jane's POV:
we finally get to the capitol and i'm taken to a place that looks like a hospital (sometimes i see them on tv). i take a shower in a really weird shower, then they (prep team) brush my hair, put gross stuff on my teeth, etc.
then my stylist comes in to meet me. her name's Jett. she's got crazy insane purple hair and a jacked up purple tatoo face. capitol people -- primo example.
she plays with my hair for a while and then leaves down and sprays it with something.
"what do you wash your hair with? it's so sticky and tangled!" she exclaims in her stupid capitol accent.
"uh...water?" she pouts, turns around and wispers something to my prep team, they start on my hair and Jett shows me my outfit fro the opening ceremonies.
it's not awful, acctually. its a huge miners shirt that fit like a dress and had my name and district on the back in sparkely , letters.
after the prep crew put my hair into intricate waves i put on my shirt-dress and Jett gave me a thick black belt, "to at least make you look like you have a shape."
then the crew started on my makeup, they put black on my eyes that fanned waaaay out.
and charlie was dressed like a plain coal miner, he looked like dad.
