Part 23 # Fun to Break Hopes?

Let's pass another year and move to 3 days before Pramod returns.

Now these are some of the happiest days in Susheela's life! Only 3 days, only 3 days more & then she will meet Pramod! She will hold him by marrying forever...

Pramod can't even realise what a pain Susheela had to bear these 3 years... Susheela also decides not to share with him whatever happened to her, she decides to hide everything.
But who knew? That she was going to tell all the things Pramod on her own?

Susheela can't even recall the number of grooms she rejected. All for one & only Pramod. Now, she wants to forget all the sorrows & enjoy these moments.

"Wait, shouldn't I arrange something special? I'll do one thing, let's decide a place to spend time...
Umm, where should we go then?"

Susheela keeps thinking all these lying on her bed. She is not able control her happiness & excitement!
Suddenly phone rings. And the call is from, Pramod!

"Hi Pramod ji!"

"Susheela ji, I had something serious to tell you, please don't mind.. I know you'll feel bad but I can't even do anything... actually, Susheela ji, I'm getting a very important job opportunity here.. Now I can't return to India leaving this.. It's an agreement of 1 year only, so... I'll come back next year perhaps... I know I broke your hopes, but, you'll have to wait till next year...."

*Silent*

"Hello? Susheela ji please say something? Please?"

Pramod can't guess that it was the silence before a storm.
And Susheela feels like anger & pain was crushing her brain.

"No you live there, no problem, no problem at all! You live wherever you want & keep accepting your job opportunities! Here I'm waiting for you idle since last 3 years & you're thinking only about yourself! This was not at least expected from you, Pramod... You stay there forever & let everyone, even let me die alone!
Don't know how many tricks I had to apply to reject so many alliances! And you?
Don't return, Pramod. I'll marry now & then will come to show you my husband!"

"Sush...(can't finish)"

Susheela cuts off the call. She is feeling so bad that can't be explained! She goes out with her scooter to sit somewhere alone.

"What? Are you serious Pramod? You didn't get any other idea to give her a surprise? I'm telling you, this is going to be the worst surprise for Susheela! Dude Pramod you're so mature but still you did this... I can't believe! And you're laughing?"

"Uff Veer! I'm always serious I know and that's why, this time it was just a small fun! Now think, tomorrow when Susheela ji will see me standing alive in front of her suddenly, how happy she would feel!"

"No she won't! Listen Pramod, you're not understanding what the consequence can be of this small fun... Just tell her that you're returning tomorrow!"

"Okay Veer, I'm getting late, I've to attend an important discussion now, bye.."

*Call cut off*

After talking to Pramod, Veer thinks something very deeply. He takes a quick decision & calls someone.
The person of the other side receives.

"Hello? Please now listen to me carefully.."
