Exams have ended. Susheela has done great in all the subjects. Today it's the day of approaching students for international study opportunities. She is fully prepared & of course, Pramod's support behind it matters a lot.
It's morning now.
"P. Susheela ji, wake up fast! Quick quick...!"
*Gets up in hurry*
"S. What happened?"
"P. (Laughs)"
"S. Pramod what happened?"
"P. You remember what today is?"
"S. What?"
"P. Go & start getting ready, you've to go college for interview."
"S. What Pramod... You scared me! Who calls like that?"
"P. We'll see that later, now gooo.."
Susheela gets ready, then with Pramod has breakfast. After that, taking a book in hands, Susheela goes to her college by car, driven by Pramod while talking.
"P. Susheela ji do you remember all the important things I told you?"
"S. Hmm, maybe.."
"P. What? Maybe?"
"S. Hmm.. I'm at least trying, right?"
"P. Fine, listen, don't take too long to answer, tell everything in short until they themselves ask you to answer broadly, okay?"
"S. Yeah."
"P. Don't be rude in anything, try to understand first whatever the question is. Don't use local language, alright?"
"S. Hmm.."
"P. Behave politely! First think, then answer... Don't speak anything or whatever comes to your tongue.."
"S. But you just said to reply fast? How can I think so much?"
"P. Susheela ji, you've to manage time! That's it..."
"S. What type of teacher you are, teaching me from so many days & couldn't tell this small thing? I could have done some practice at least?"
"P. Oh ho? You're the student, not me, okay? Why didn't you prepare a bit yourself? Now is that also my fault?"
"S. Don't spoil my mood & day early in the morning, Pramod.. Okay fine, my mistake!"
"P. (Laughs showing teeth)"
"S. Now will you kindly stop showing your teeth? By the way Pramod, I just remembered.. if I get selected,"
"P. Un! What if? You'll surely get selected!"
"S. Ok, okay.. when I get selected, I'll be able to go to London... what about you? I mean, hope there won't be any problem? I can't go & live without you, you know it very well."
"P. Umm, actually I think everything is prepared. They will just maybe take some time to approve the applications... nothing else. I've been trying from a long time you know."
"S. Hmmm...(Places hand on his wrist) Don't worry, everything will be fine!"
"P. Of course."
*Both smile*
Susheela enters the viva hall and sits for interview. Pramod keeps waiting outside for her.
After 15 minutes, Susheela gets out while someone else goes inside.
Susheela slowly comes towards Pramod with a serious mood. Pramod smiles first looking at her but eventually, his face also darkens seeing Susheela like that.
Meanwhile, both come near each other.
"P. How was the interview? Were the questions easy? Could you answer all? What about scores? Finally, are you selected (low sound)?"
"S. Sorry, it was not good..."
"P. (Teary eyes + dark & sad face) O, oh.."
"S. Pramod, it was very very good!! Yes, I did it!
*Hugs*
I answered those questions which I didn't even expect to! I just, I just can't express my happiness today, aaaww I'm so happy! And guess what? I'm now among those most intelligent students, who are chosen for international studies! Yeyyya!!!"
"P. Really Susheela ji?! I'm too happy to hear it! So finally, you did it! Yesss!!"
"S. You know what, even the examiners were satisfied with my responses! They said that I answered really too good! So, I'm at last selected!"
"P. Wow my lady! You showed it, hmm? Now, as you've done so much to keep my request,"
"S. Unhu, not to keep your request, that was my need too.."
"P. Ooo really? Maturity enters?? (Laughs)"
"S. (Blushes)"
"P. So what I was saying is, as you've done so much hard work, for whoever, you deserve some gifts too, right?"
"S. Yeah, that's true! So, tell me.. what gift am I getting?"
"P. That's already decided... want to meet your family?"
"S. Yes, please..."
"P. Fine then, tomorrow we'll go together in the morning and you'll stay there whole day. After that, I'll pick you in the evening, is that alright?"
"S. Umm, yeah but, won't you stay Pramod?"
"P. Actually, tomorrow I'm having some important work here, in the college so... Don't worry, I'll surely be there for some time.."
"S. Okay, no problem.. now should we go? I'm so tired dude!"
"P. Yeah, let's go!"
"S. Listen, today I'll sleep, sleep for an hour, 2 hours, 10 hours or till when I want, promise you won't disturb me?l
"P. Before getting relaxed you'll fall ill due to sleeping so much!"
"S. Uff Pramod, promise me!"
"P. Okay, okay bro... promise! If you sleep even for 5 or 6 days, I won't mind!"
"S. Hmm, good. Even you shouldn't!"
*Both Laugh*
