"So, where to now?" Sam asks his brother Dean as they drive down an abandoned side road in Wisconsin.
Dean gives Sam that 'just give me a break, I don't care' look. "I don't care; got any cases that look good?"
The brothers just finished tracking a vampire nest in Wisconsin, which used a lot of the materials they had with them.
"Well, I have several that look like we could handle," Sam says as he opens his laptop and clicks on some news articles. "There is what looks like a werewolf in Illinois, a series of 'murders' at a casino in Vegas and um, a small town in Washington has had several die from what sounds like a cold?"
"Washington State?" Dean asks and Sam nods in response.
Dean then considers all the cases and replies, "looks like we're going to Washington. Haven't been there since hunting with Dad," as he turns and speeds down the road.
