They arrive at the hospital with Dean screeching to a stop, not even aligned in a parking spot.

They walk through the main sliding door and notice it is relatively quiet for 4am. Only nurses tending to patients and other patients wanting attention from the nurses wander the halls.

They walk up to the front desk once again but before they could speak, Doctor Gill comes from down the hall and goes right up to the boys.

Doctor Gill, looking exhausted, shakes the boys' hands and scrambles, muttering for them to walk with him.

The brothers follow the doctor as he leads them to a hospital room, where a man, only about twenty years old, lays in a bed hooked up to several machines.

"His name is Parker Hudson. He's only been here sixty minutes so that gives us about seven hours to figure out how to save him," the doctor says, looking from the brothers, to the patient, and back to the brothers.

"Do you mind if we ask him a few questions?" Sam asks the doctor.

The doctor nods, "yeah sure. Whatever you boys need to do. I'll be in my office if you need me," the doctor puts his hand out and Sam shakes it, and walks out the door, leaving the boys in the room alone with Parker.

Sam turns to the guy in the bed and speaks, "hey, I'm Agent Douglas and my partner Agent Nicks." Sam flashes his badge but notices Dean staring blankly into space.

"Mmm, Agent Nicks?" Sam says, clearing his throat, attempting to gain Dean's attention.

Dean snaps out of it and turns to Sam, not exactly sure what's going on.

"Sorry 'bout that," Dean mutters, directed towards both Sam and the patient, "I'm Agent Nicks and Agent Douglas," he says, pointing to Sam.

Parker just sits there, not sure what to think or say to the agent as Sam rolls his eyes, "yes we've already been over this. Anyway, we would like to see if you'd answer some questions we had."

Parker looks up to the taller brother, answering his question, "uh yeah I guess, what's the FBI want to know? I spent too much time working in water the other day. It's just pneumonia... Wait, is this why my doctor is taking this so seriously? Because I just came in to get some medicine for it," Parker asks, getting concerned.

"Hey hey it's okay, you'll be okay. Take it easy," Sam says, stretching the truth a bit just to get Parker to calm down, "we are just here to check in and make sure everyone is doing their jobs. It's not a big deal. But we wanted to see what you could tell us before getting sick."

Parker sits up a bit, trying to avoid pulling any of the wires, "yeah, I've been working as an assistant to a local plumber after school and on the weekends, checking people's basements and everything because of all the rain we've had lately. I assume I was just down in the wet, dewy basement to long on my last job. Emergency leak in the basement, apparently client apparently had some important documents down there that couldn't get wet. I'm not sure, I don't ask questions, I just do what I'm told and get the job done." Parker ends with a cough and leans back in the bed, taking deep but shallow breaths.

"Did you notice anything suspicious at your last job site?" Dean asks.

Sam glances at Dean as Parker speaks, "no, not really. Nothing besides she never left my side, but that's not all that strange."

"Anything else? Anything at all?" Sam questions, as he un-crosses his arms and runs his hands down suit jacket, smoothing the wrinkles.

Parker glances up at Sam, "well, this may just be out of kindness but before you agents got here, she came in to visit me. She asked a few question, apologized, and left. But Doctor Gill seemed to know who she was."

Dean's head spikes up from its original position of looking at the floor, "what is her name?"

"Elizabeth. Elizabeth Kennedy."

"Dammit," both boys say at the same time.

"What?" Parker asks, surprised by their reactions.

"Nothing, thanks for speaking to us. We hope you recover quickly," Sam says as they turn towards the exit.

"Agents, wait what does she have to do with it?" Parker asks, sitting up. But by the time he finishes, the brothers are already out the door.
