Dean turns to Sam, "well maybe it wasn't Maison but her mother."

Sam looks at his brother, who looks pale and exhausted, "Dean are you feeling okay? You don't look so good."

Dean stares at his younger, yet taller brother, "yeah I'm good. Let's go talk to Doctor Gill."

They both turn to walk down the halls, as nurses walk past, turning into Parker's room.

"Poor kid. To bad he had to be the one to get sick," Sam says, glancing back to the room.

Dean shakes his head, pulling his brother along, "no chick-flick moments please."

They eventually make their way to the door that says 'Dr. Gill,' knock, and walk in to see the doctor sitting at his desk working on paperwork.

"Agents," he says as he stands, greeting the boys.

"Doctor," Dean says in his gravelly voice, "we need to talk."

"Absolutely, is it something about Parker-"

"We need you to tell us about the Kennedys," Dean interrupts the doctor, watching his face go pale and becomes worrisome.

Doctor Gill sits back in his desk chair, "okay, sit, sit." Sam and Dean pull out the chairs on the opposite side of the desk and sit down. "What do you need to know?"

"Everything. Things about the case, about Maison, about her parents."

"I don't see how this is of use to anything," the doctor says as he moves in to lean his elbows on the desk.

Sam sits up, almost mocking the doctor's movements, "just believe us. It's of use."

Dean coughs, says excuse me, and the doctor looks at him, but shakes his head and begins to talk.

"Well, Maison was brought in by her parents and I was the attending doctor, therefore I got her case, not knowing it would lead to this of course. But we tested her and it came back as pneumonia. We took her in to make sure she reacted to the medicine. After a few hours, the medicine stopped showing its effects and she got worse. I had to go out into the hall to tell her parents about other treatment options, which led to Eliz- Mrs. Kennedy yelling at Matthew; her husband. I couldn't do anything but call security to escort them out. About 20 minutes later, she came back in but without her husband. I never saw Mr. Kennedy again, but Mrs. Kennedy never left Maison's side."

Sam, relieved he was talking, nods and asks another question. "Did she ever say anything odd to you or Maison?"

The doctor, thinking back to the time, signs and answers the question, "she did want to keep informed with every type of drug we have Maison; and several times, she even tried to tell me that that certain drug would have no effect."

Doctor Gill takes a deep breath and closes his eyes for a few seconds.

"Doctor," Dean speaks, in a way to get the doctor to speak again.

"Then, when Maison got worse and we couldn't do anything, Mrs. Kennedy called me into her daughter's room and asked if I could participate in a prayer for Maison. It's not unusual for people to ask that, so of course, I agreed. Mrs. Kennedy turned the lights off and walked over to her daughter's side. She then grabbed ahold of my hand and started to speak in a different language, Latin, I believe. This went on for several minutes and then, when she said her last words, like on cue, Maison's stats started to drop and within a few seconds, before I could do anything to help save her, she was dead. Mrs. Kennedy stood there a minute, showing no emotion and walked out of the room and didn't come back. In fact, I had to go visit her at her house to get her to sign the release papers, but even then, it didn't feel like she grieving her daughter's death. But everyone has their own way of handling pain."

"You wouldn't happen to remember a phrase from that 'prayer' by any chance?" Sam asks, hoping to get a clue of what Mrs. Kennedy said over her dying child.

Doctor Gill clears his throat and in almost perfect pronunciation, "iniuriosa morte."

Dean and Sam stand in unison, and Sam shakes the doctor's hand, "thanks Doctor, that is important information that now, will help us find out what's happening."

The doctor nods and walks the agents to the door, and after Dean is out of the room, grabs Sam's arm and says in a whisper, "your brother doesn't look so good." He then let's go of Sam and closes the door after him.

Sam looks at Dean, but doesn't say anything.

"Iniuriosa morte. Latin. Sammy, we've got a witch," Dean says as they reach the Impala.

The brothers get in the car and turn it on, letting the engine roar.

"Maybe, but first let's figure out what iniuriosa morte means," Sam says as he grabs the laptop from the back and opens it up. "Wrongful death. It means wrongful death. How much you want to bet Mrs. Kennedy was putting her daughter out of her misery."

Dean puts the car into drive and flies down the road, "let's find out."
