THE 21ST OF DECEMBER, THE 14TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE 2ND MILLENIUM'S ARRIVAL; 4 A.M.
The the cold morning breeze howled like a pup through Aquila's ears, and caressed his face as he tried not to wake up, then moving on his skin, through light unseen strands of hair, stinging its path. He forced himself to contemplate on bare darkness as he felt the warmth of something, emanating from something resting on the right side of his chest, which he had his right arm wrapped around it. He had his chin and cheek resting on what seems to be hair.
"Hey, baby," a feminine voice tonelessly yet sweetly whispered.
He felt her crawl on her body upwards, towards his face.
She kissed him, "Happy Birthday August."
He felt a hand push his head towards a pair of lips as the breeze blew strands of her hair into his face, which made him shook his head.
"Time to wake up," she whispered again, "You should see your windows," she added, "It's all blue. It's so pretty."
"Like your eyes," he thought to himself.
He felt her breath to his cheek. He reached and held the back of her head which moved to his neck, as he gently groaned. He then moved and faced to his side, where the voice was coming from, and embraced her. He felt her forehead gently touch his as he started to feel her breathe on his nose.
"Wake up," She kept shaking his shoulder.
He felt her tickle him in the sides of his stomach. He opened his eyes, and was greeted by Autumn's bluish eyes. She was only wearing an over-sized button-up shirt and her body had a shade of blue, caused by his drapes. She was evidently smiling, though her messy hair covered most of her face.
He tightened his embrace and pulled her closer, "Sometimes, you should really let yourself go in the moment," he smiled.
She chuckled, "Sometimes its better to get lost in not just a moment, but in moments," she had a gentle smile when she closed her eyes.
"But sometimes a moment can outweigh all other moments."
She pulled herself up and pulled his face to her chest as she chuckled, "But most of the time we can't really know the weight of the moment, right?"
"All the better to get lost in one moment than looking for more," he sweetly whispered as he intimately dug his face to, and kissed, her neck.
"Fine," she smiled sweetly as she kissed him in the nose, "then let me get lost to the moment now, please," she requested sweetly with a chuckling tone.
"I love you," he whispered as he closed his eyes.
"Not that too lost," she chuckled, "what if I get too lost to find my way out?"
"I'll find you, as I always do," he answered intimately, "and like you always do with me," he smiled.
"You and your way with words, it's just so-" she said as she shook her head and played with his hair, "ugh," she huffed.
He smiled and chuckled.
"It's going to take me forever to get used to it."
"Then we have more than enough time," he smiled.
"There it is again," she sweetly pouted and kissed his forehead as she wrapped her arms in his neck, "I just love you so much."
"But never seemed too much."
"Really? It feels like we do really say those three words too much," she asked quizzically with a mellow tone.
"Never will be enough for me though," he answered as he yawned.
