:: okay, picture it.
So, it's a late night, and Franciszek can't sleep, as usual. But then, he gets a knock on his door, and he's just like: "Why tf is someone up this late, in a thunderstorm?"
He goes and answers it, and finds that someone left a basket on his front porch. With a baby. Who has a name tag attached to his ankle. And it turns out this baby is little Egor, being left in a random stranger's care.
Franciszek is about to find someone else to adopt Egor, since he figures he isn't that good with children, only to realize little Egor has a fever. So, he begins to take care of him and nurse him back to health, all while slowly getting attached. But will he admit this to himself? Nope.
And eventually he gets really attached to Egor, and he decides to raise him as his own, but is constantly afraid of failing somewhere along the way; not to worry, because he does a great job with the baby and raises him very well all in the end.
I got a story idea where baby Egor is left on Franciszek's doorstep, he brings him in and tries to get his fever down, taking care of him along the way. It's just a different timeline, not to mention, it's supposed to be a heartwarming and fluffy story (I guess, if that's how one would describe it).
I'm thinking about doing it at some point (most likely, I will).
Any other opinions?
