:: So, three scenarios
None of them end happy, there is implied trauma and it's implied that Egor has been stabbed before. Proceed with caution if that makes you uncomfortable.

Scenario #1
Little Egor is playing with baby Raimonds, when suddenly Rai starts touching his face curiously. He doesn't mind, since this has happened before, but this time Raimonds just stares up at him with curiosity and wonder. He's specifically touching the scars on his face (the one on his cheek/jawbone, then the other over his eye), being really gentle with them and just staring at them, as if wanting to know more. Egor thinks nothing of this, but he begins to get self conscious and hands the baby to someone else while he goes and has a slight mental breakdown.

Scenario #2
Little Raimonds and tween Egor. Raimonds mentions something about Egor's scars, and Egor gets confused, explaining how they were from a few 'accidents' he was in. But then, Raimonds says something about how they make him look weird/strange, and that they look gross (or don't include this last bit if you want). Egor then begins to cry, since his own baby brother just called his scars weird. He hates it when people even have to point them out, and this time was horrible.

Scenario #3
Little Raimonds somehow gets ahold of a knife, and, thinking it's a harmless toy, begins to chase Egor around with it. Egor, being at the receiving end to a knife before, then runs away, screaming. He's absolutely t e r r i f i e d, not at all focused on anything else, just on getting away. Eventually he manages to lock himself in the bathroom, yelling at Raimonds to go away while he begins to cry, curled up on the floor in tears until someone comes 'to his rescue'.
