She's The Answer

After last night i took a shower and came home the boys dropped me off and made sure i made it inside safely and then they were off

I then go upstairs and get ready for bed tomorrow's saturday but i have to wake up early to help mom get ready for the dinner since all 3 families will be finally getting together for the first time and im nervous i know it'll be alright but not going to lie my nerves are getting the best out of me i fall asleep quickly has definitely been easier since being pregnant the twins make me so tired and they're not even born yet

The next morning i hear a knock on my door and its my mom saying to get up so i can help clean and run some errands i get up and walk to bathroom to take care of business especially pee since i can no longer control it then i shower and brush my teeth and walk out to put on clothes since barely anything fits anymore i put on sweats and a long shirt and walk down the steps

"Honey its hot today and you want to wear that really" mom ask me

"Well nothing fits anymore really so this is my go too and you know im comfortable in this" i say

"Then we need to go shopping lily you are beautiful and you don't have to feel down or anything because you're pregnant" she explains

"I'm aware mom but who do i have to look nice for anyways and im lazy" i say

"Your boyfriends and to make yourself feel good that should be  the first person you want to make happy" she claims

"Okay now lets go you said we have so much to do" i say

We get on our way and stop at so many places she keeps asking me questions about the boys parents that i have no clue about so then i have to text them and they laugh because she's so excited.
We finally get home and i sit for a few because i'm so tired and mom made me eat a big breakfast

"Soo honey tell me what are the parents like?" she ask

"Umm the moms are nice and very elegant looking that's how I'd describe them and logan dad is very funny and charismatic reminds me of dad and Peter dadz well is hardass and very not much in his life" i say

"Well this is going to be eventful and fun!" she says

"Its kinda awkward because you meet because your kids made you grandparents so young" i say

"It happens honey and life will go on and i wanted to meet them prior to you being knocked up but you know" and she winks and laughs

"Mom please don't gush tonight on how handsome the boys or how I was as a child are that's embarrassing" i plead

"But honey I'm only telling the truth they are handsome and picked you and they're good with you and you were the most amazing child ever I remember everything and still gush" she says

"Yes but please this already a lot to take in" and she nods

Dad finally walks in from work kisses mom and hugs me and  goes changes and comes help us with the finishing touches  i love my parents marriage they are always there to help one another nothing between them is his or her work and i hope me and the boys will have the same

When its 7:30 i head upstairs to change and I start getting nervous but try to shake it out of my head and walk down when I hear my mom calling my dad's name to tell him to join her to open the door

I hear the hellos happening and especially the excitement in my mom's voice to see the others gosh hope this night goes well

I walk down the stairs and see all of them greeting each other

"Welcome to our home I'm so excited to meet you all" my mom and dad greet

"We are so pleased to be here thank you for inviting us into your home" Rachel says since she walked in first
