(KILLUAS POV)

Gon cuddled into the side of my body so I put one of my arms around him and he soon fell asleep. I felt so bad for him, nobody his age should have to go through this. It's probably so painful. He's so cute. How could you even do that to him, he has the most gentle eyes and sweet smile, when it's genuine, I gotta get him out of that house!

He ended up sleeping the rest of the whole day. I eventually got up from cuddling him around 8:30 so that I could get ready for school tomorrow but he had to stay home in case his dad came to look for him. Then when everything was ready I went to tell my mom good night and then I went back up to my room and got into bed putting my arms back around Gon. The next morning I woke up to my alarm. I felt Gon complete jump like 100 feet when it went off "sorry I forgot to turn that off! You ok?" He nodded and started to get up. "Umm hey Gon...I think that you should stay here just in case your dad goes to the school to look for you or something!" I don't know, I feel like it would be safer if you stayed here for the day. "But I can't just miss a day of school. My dad will be so mad he probably is already mad! I think I should go home.." Gon said "no Gon your not going home until he's not gonna hurt you!" I said "just stay here and I'll bring back all your work for you, please?" I said "ok" he said

I went to school and made sure to gather up all the notes and stuff from class today so that I could help him with his work and when I was leaving to walk home I saw Ging, Gon dad, looking for him. He looked mad and I walked like I did not notice 'good thing Gon did not come to school' I thought I brought his homework back to him and he started it. "Hey if you wanna take a shower or need some clothes or anything to help yourself. Don't be scared!" I said "thank you" he said "hey Killua? Did we cuddle all night?" He asked and I nodded "can we do it again sometime it felt really safe," he said looking down embarrassed as he mumbled the last part. "Yeah! Anytime you want we can," I said I'm gonna tell my mom they situation so she does not freak out when she sees you, I'm sure she be fine with it she is always willing to help!" He nodded "also did you change the bandages?" He shook his head "no not yet," "ok that's fine you should do that after you take a shower so you can clean the cuts in there too!" I said he nodded "I'm gonna go talk to mom, you go ahead and take a shower and I'll tell you what she said after you're done," he nodded and I wen got it all to my mom.

After I talked to my mom I came back to my room. The water was off and I heard Gon putting on bandages, so I knocked on the door. "Hey Gon, do you want some fresh clothes? I could grab you some," "yes please" he said "do you want some pajamas or actual clothes?" I asked "pajamas please," he said. He's so adorable I feel bad. I grabbed some flannel pajama pants and one of my sweaters. Do you go with it? I knocked on the door "here you go," I said opening it and tossing them in "thank you" he said "sorry if they're a little big I don't have anything smaller!" "It's ok" he squeaked. He came out about a minute later and held his arms out like he wanted a hug. I got up and walked over to him, wrapping my arms around him. I picked him up and brought him over to the bed and snuggled up with him. I felt him go from a little tense to relaxed. "Hey Gon, your dad was at school today and he was looking for you." I told him "oh..." he said I felt his hand start to shake a little I grabbed his hand with mine and rubbed his knuckles "I'm gonna go to school tomorrow and if he's there again then I want you to stay here until he doesn't come back if that makes sense, but if your not ok with that then that's ok." "It's ok." He said. "Alright I'll just let you know tomorrow. We should probably get something to eat," we went to eat and did homework and other stuff more into the night.

The next couple of days passed and Ging came to the school looking for Gon. At this point I wonder why he won't just call the cops. But the next day he was not at school and ran home excitedly. I barge into my room making Gon jump "oh sorry! GING WASN'T AT SCHOOL TODAY! You can go back!" I said "really! Yay!" The best day we walked to school I was holding his hand. We went into school and he looked at it "I'm excited to be back at school!" He said "that's really good!" said giving his hand a squeeze the day went on as a normal school day and at the end of the day we met in the common space "how was your day? I said "good let's go home!" I nodded and he intertwined his fingers with mine. "We got out the door and standing there was Ging. "GON! There you are where the hell have you been!" Gon flitched and started to hide behind me. "Oh what is this your boyfriend" Ging said in a mocking tone "what's he gonna do he a shrimp. Now come on you little brat!" He yelled, grabbing Gon by his wrist tightly. "Gon I'm sorry I didn't know he was gonna be here!" I yelled tears streamed down both of our faces. I knew he was going to be beat worse than ever tonight and his cuts were starting to heal up and everything!

Once Ging drove away I told Gon to start a video with his phone in case Ging said anything I wanted to get him in jail but I need proof first. And then I followed his car for as long as I could but I could not keep up so I looked up the School directory online and went to his house. It took me a half an hour to get there! I looked through the windows but did not see anything I kept looking until I saw a light coming from the basement I called the cops and the I snuck in his house I heard loud crying and yelling from what seemed to be the basement "you see Gon this is what happens when you leave the house for longer than your supposed to!" Then I heard a loud crash! I saw a police car pull up and I opened the door. "We gotta be quiet! I told you the situation on the phone. So please just do as I say" I said to the police it was a nice looking woman with blonde hair she nodded and followed me. "Alright I'm going in!" She said taking out the taser just in case he tries anything. I nodded. I'll Go in after you detain him or hold him down because I know that Gon will probably need someone he trusts to help him. I said as a few more police came in for back up. "Alright move in!" The girl said I could not see what happened but I heard "Mr Ging freeccs you are under arrest for child abuse to the point of unfixable damage to the target!" The girl cop said "we are going to need you to drop the knife!" Another one said but as soon as I heard there a Was a knife involved I darted down the stairs. "Oh so it was you! You little piece of shit come here I'll kill you!" He said throwing the knife at me I was able to get out of the way just in time for it to only slice through my arm but in that moment I didn't care I ran to GONS bloodied body "hey Gon can you hear me?" He nodded. I looked up as they put ging in handcuffs and carried him out and into the cop car. The woman cop walked over to me and Gon. "Can you open your eyes for me?" I said Gon opened his eyes and tears streamed out, I wiped his tears and pulled his body into mine and hugged him. I didn't care if I got blood on my clothes. Then when I pulled away I wrapped my sweater around him and started to look at all his cuts and bruises. He was balling his eyes out "it's ok you're safe now!" I said "I'm sorry!" He yelled "does it hurt?" He said looking at my wrist still balling! "No it doesn't hurt at all, don't worry. It's not your fault at all so don't be sorry " I said, putting a hand in his hair and playing with it. "Your safe now your gonna stay with me for a little bit well they try to find a relative for you to stay with." I said picking him up bridal style he nodded and continued to sob into my chest. " we're gonna go pack your stuff ok?" He nodded again.

He took us to his room, and it was a really small Storage/closet type room, probably about 6x4 feet.When there was a sleeping bag, no pillows or blankets, just a little stuffed cat. "My mom gave me that kitty before she died," he explained. There was also a little cubby with his clothes and a pair of old muddy shoes and a bunch of beer cans "I collected those ever since my dad started to drink them" he explained there were at least 85 cans "ok well why don't I pack up just your clothes and you can grab your cat." I said he nodded "at my house you can sleep in my bed so we don't need to take your sleeping bag and with the beer cans I don't think you wanna be reminded of all this." I said he nodded then I picked him back up after I put all of his belongings in my backpack.

We got home via police car. My mom came out looking worried sick and when I stepped out of the car she ran up and gave me a hug. Gon was covered in a big towel because I told the police lady that I would help him get cleaned up when he got to my house. She saw Gon and ran up to him giving him a hug too. I also told my mom what I was doing after school before I went to Gons house so she knew not to get worried. "Thank you so much" I said to the cop and left shortly after talking to my mom. "Ok gon let's get you washed up I said. We went up to my room "you can take off your pants (he was already shirtless The Whole time) he nodded and I started a bath he got in and I gently help him wash his new wounds and when we finished I help him put bandages on and then I picked him up and took him to bed and sat him up. "Thank you so much Killua, for everything," I said "no problem really there is no need to thank me, And if there anything I can do to help you or make you feel and more comfortable please tell me!" He nodded and looked in my eyes we looked at each other for a little bit until Gon asked "can-can I-I k-kiss you?" I nodded "of course," I said he slowly leaned in and I gently pressed my lips to his. We soon pulled away "hey Killua?" He said "yes Gon?" I said, moving a strand of hair behind his ear "Can you be my boyfriend?" He asked fiddling his fingers "I thought you'd never ask!" I said, giving him a hug and kiss on the forehead. After about a month aunt mito took Gon and they lived together. Aunt Mito lived close by the school so me and Gon could still hang out whenever we wanted and then when I turned 17 me and Gon bought an apartment as that's where we are right now, Gon and me about to be dads...
