Reagan throws a shoe at Kendall.

"You know what, dunce head."

"It's better than Ken Doll." He replies.

"How did it go, Ken Doll?"

He glares at her but says,

"It was nice. It was a friendly dinner between friends. And one idiot quarter back."

"Denton was there?"

"Sadly."

"Why?"

"He had an interview with some professional scout for the Browns."

"Why... didn't he tell me?" She frowns.

"I don't know. Maybe so you wouldn't get your hopes up if it went horrible." He shrugs.

"I better hear something from him then."

"I wouldn't count on it. He's a dickhead."

"You're still doing the double date, right?" She looks up from her phone.

"If Destiny makes me." He rolls his eyes.

"If I make you."

"Fine! Geez, you girls are... damn."

"Excuse me?"

"Better." She smirks.

"How much longer until the double date?"

"Couple hours. Excited to spend another evening with me, Mr. Bradford?"

She laughs and joins him at the couch.

"Are you helping Rea later?"

"I think so? I'll text her."

"Okay. Hey, I have a question. It's very important."
