Sang's P.O.V.

I pull up to the address I was given over the phone. We get all sorts of calls from people. Tips on things they've heard, exorcisms, and everything in between.

There's a man working in the yard who approaches me as I get out of the car. He seems to be in his late forties.

"Whatever you're selling lady, I'm not interested," he tells me.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Ms. Sorenson," I offer my hand for him to shake. "I'm a Private Investigator, I'm just here to ask you a few questions."

He looks a little surprised, but shakes my hand. "What is this in reference to?"

"Well, I heard that you saw a man in a red cloak skulking around the neighborhood."

He looks even more surprised. "Well, yeah I did see a strange man around here in a red cloak. He really freaked my animals out. They got really violent and then they hid for more than a day. They wouldn't even come out to eat. And my cow's milk was curdled the next day."

Sounds right. Animals can sense these things, so they start acting strange around any demonic presence.

"That doesn't surprise me. Animals are a good judge of character," I tell him. "I'm looking for this man. If you see him again, please call me. Here's my number." I pull out the fake business card I have printed and hand it to him. "He's very dangerous. You don't know where he could have gone, do you?"

"Dangerous?," the man asks. Out of nowhere he starts sobbing.

My eyes widen. "Sir, are you alright?"

"No, my daughter Julie has gone missing," he says through his tears.

"When was the last time you saw her?," I ask.

"It's been three days," he says. "She runs off from time to time, but never for this long. And with that man hanging around, I can't help but think something worse happened to her. The cops don't believe me though."

"I don't want to worry you, but she could be in grave danger if this man is involved," I tell him.

He rubs his hand over his face. "Oh God," he groans. Something behind me suddenly catches his attention.

"Who are you guys?," he asks as I turn around.

Here I was thinking that I'd finally have a job that wasn't hijacked by one of these guys.

Raven is accompanied by another guy I haven't met before.

I look up to the sky and groan. "Somebody up there has it out for me."

"I'm Gabriel and this is Raven," the new guy introduces himself. "We're partners with Sang here." He has rich brown hair in the back with dyed blonde streaks in the front and crystal blue eyes.

"We need to find the man in the cloak," Raven says, as if I hadn't been talking to the man about it already.

"And hopefully find Julie in the process," I tell the man. "Is there any chance we can take a look around her room?"

He has a hopeful look in his eyes and nods enthusiastically. "Absolutely, if you think it will help. Her room is upstairs, it's the first door on the right."

I walk up the stairs with Gabriel and Raven right behind me.

Silently, we go through Julie's room, but there's nothing out of the ordinary to show where she's gone.
