When he sees you in genuine pain, it pains him as well. His original plan of sleeping in your bed while you play with his hair was long forgotten when he saw your state. You were trying to reach for something but you couldn’t exactly move causing you to get angry which led to you crying out of frustration and it’s really not a nice sight in his eyes.
“Here.” He gave you whatever it was that you so desperately wanted and you gave him a small smile to show your thanks. Mikey will try his best to attend to all your needs but that’s kinda hard because he initially came to sleep, so he falls asleep next to you with his hand around your waist.
But he tells you, “Wake me up when you need something.” You were a bit hesitant to wake him for the few times you wanted something but he said to so…. you did.
Throughout the day he would ask minor questions about your foot, like if it’s still hurting, how did it happen, and he would poke it sometimes just because.
Despite your foot being swollen he is still expecting you to give him any sort of affection, even if it’s just playing with his hair. It’s not like your hands are bad.
