To Jimin, it felt a cold bucket of water was just splashed on him with no warning.

The uncomfortableness, feeling out of place, feeling so dirty from being touched by those he cares about so much – he was confused and lost.

Sure, his beta has always been creeping upon him from the back of his mind, wanting to take over for a bit, wanting to be free and do whatever it wants.

But it's not favourable by today's societal standards. At worse, he would be sent to some facility for rogues, though his beta wolf was on the tamer side.

He manages to stick to a strict routine, however. He has visited therapists since young to help with coping, and he was always monitored closely by his family. He even stopped going to school at one point, being homeschooled instead.

It was during middle school that he was able to fully grasp onto his situation, and was allowed to attend school. He had the best of times, making sure to make a lot of friends, being active in all sorts of events. Truly, he lived his life the best he could, in case things turn bad in the future.

But so far, managing to stick to his schedule, he has not once gotten any trouble with his HF in school, and went ahead to join college and university. It was around then he met Seokjin, his senior and roommate.

The omega welcomed him with open arms, patting the smaller and cooing about how cute he was. Jimin could only gawk at the beautiful omega who kept calling him a child, even though he was three years younger than him. Like why?

So Jimin does his best to prove to the elder he was, indeed, not, a child. But alas, Jimin was quite clumsy, especially when he was having so much fun, and being with Seokjin was always fun. The elder cracking random dad jokes here and there, complaining and ranting in the most theatrical manner – they were all so entertaining for the beta.

JIn found out about his condition by accident, but it did not push the elder away as he feared. He had that happened to him once during high school, but the guy said nothing, yet stayed away in fear of being hurt again. Jimin could not blame him, but apologized for his outburst.

He has visited Jin's family, the omega wanting him to join. Jimin's family was away then, he would have been alone, if not for the elder. It was then he found out that apparently both their parents knew each other, and were wanting to reconnect. It was amazing, Jimin could not help but think it was fate that they met and their families were joined closer.
