Tisha's POV

Her words got to them and one by one, they began to drop their guns.

Aqsa included.
She kicked all guns away from the little circle they had formed around her towards a particular direction.

Our direction.

Abdul-Malik.
They seemed to communicate with just a brief eye contact.
He was almost done with the ropes.

And I thought Aqsa was all bark and no bite.

She faced the men once again.

"So, who's going down first?"

All five of them lunged at her.
However she was too fast.
She leaped up into the air and all five of collided into themselves.
She landed back on her feet and yanked out her knife.

I couldn't watch it.
I expected her to start slashing and stabbing as she had indicated.

What I did not expect, was her running over to Nuriyyah's side and cutting through her ropes with one slash.
Nuriyyah had Anees on her laps as Aqsa took off her own hijab which was a scarf styled to make a hijab.

I was wrong if I expected her hair to cascade down.
She had another hijab on.

Helping Nuriyyah position Anees on her back, she strapped the scarf over him securely.
The men were starting to reassemble and rushed towards them.

But boy were they in for a surprise.
A shot rang out.
I looked at my side and realized Abdul-Malik wasn't there anymore.

Also, I was too busy staring at Aqsa and Nuriyyah to realize he had set me free too and placed his knife in my laps.

One of the men fell face flat to the ground.
The shot had been aimed at him.
The men changed directions and lunged at Abdul-Malik instead, as soon as they realized he was their new attacker.

If I was going to dull myself and keep staring at the fight, I was joking.
I leapt up and ran over to my father.
After setting him loose, I did the same for Aqsa's parents and Iman's parents.
Aqsa ran over to us and told everyone to leave through the wall she had broken down.

Well everyone did move, everyone but me.
"Tish! Come on. Get out of here!", Aqsa bellowed.

I shook my head.
"No. My daughter is with that devil."

"I know. That's why I'm here. Come on leave now. I need to go help Abdul-Malik before they murder him."

We looked in his direction.
He wasn't doing too well true.

"Listen, you are definitely not in a good condition Tee. Aneesah is my niece. I'll get her out safely I promise. Besides Mus'ab is out there waiting for you."

I snapped my head in her direction,"Mu what??!"

She shrugged,"He has some explaining to do. Please just give him a chance to..."

"Aqsa",I interrupted frantically.

"No listen to me Ti..."

"No you listen Aqsa!"

"Tish....."
I pulled her to the ground as the bullet whizzed over our heads to punch a hole in the wall behind us.

"Oh my God. Did you just save my life??", she whisper yelled.

I rolled my eyes, "You should have heard me out first."

We looked over to the direction the bullet came from.
My eyes glared slithers at my aunt.
She had aimed perfectly well at Aqsa's skull.
