"Push BeBe" the doctor said

"Come on baby you got this" I said as I kissed her sweaty forehead.

"I can't" she cried.

"Yes you can bae. Your BeBe you can do anything" I said. She look at me and held my hand tighter.

"You damn right" she said as she pushed.

"Okay she's coming. One more push and she's out" she said.

"She?! " We said together.

Next thing you knew she was holding my crying daughter . I cut the umbilical cord and they took her away. I got a daughter not a son. Shit I got a child.

"You did it Be" I said as I kissed her.

"We did it" she whispered as she closed her eyes. I let rest as I went to go tell everyone.

When I went to the lobby. Everyone bombarded me with questions. Everyone was talking all at once. My mother pushed her way through them and grabbed my face.

"Where's my grandson? " she ask.

" There is no grandson." I said I fake being all sad and Shit.

"What! We're so sorry" everyone said.

"It's a girl! And she's perfect. 8 pounds and 11 ounces." I told them.

"Boy don't ever do that shit again" my mama said as everyone started hitting me as I laughed.

"Can we see BeBe now? " LoLo ask.

" Yea. We finna name our daughter . " I said as we made our way back to the room.

When we got there they were cleaning up the room. BeBe was awake and looked happy. Bae was glowing extra hard.

" Awe look at the new mommy" Nae said as her and LoLo hugged her.

"Eight pounds and eleven ounces. Damn she was big. Violet was only six pounds and twelve ounces. " LoLo said holding Violet

"I couldn't push bih. I had to take a break. I don't want no more kids." she said.

"Nonsense. I want three more. Now where is the nurse so I can name my grandson I mean granddaughter " mother said. Oh Lord.

" Name your granddaughter? " BeBe said a little too loud. And giving me an ugly look.

"Ma we already picked a name." I told her quickly.

"But your grandmother name you and so on and so on. Your breaking tradition. " mom whined.

" BeBe thought of a great name. And I know you and everyone else is gonna like it"I said as the nurse came in.

"Have you guys thought of the name" she asked us.

"Yes" I said as I looked at BeBe.

"Krystal Dominique Saint Pierre" BeBe said.

"Lovely. She should be here in a couple of minutes. " she said as she left.

" Awe she has her daddy name Dominique." LoLo said.

"I love it and that's all that matters" BeBe said.

"I love it. We all have nicknames. Beatrice is BeBe, Lorena is LoLo, Janae is Nae, Dominic is Smiley, Tiarah is Tia, DayQuan is Quan,Caesar is C, and Caecey Violet is Vi. So what's hers." Ask Tiarah.

"That's true she does needs one" Caesar ask.

"I don't know. How about we just shorten her middle name. " BeBe said.
