A/N: Ello, it's been a while, it just felt like a good cliffhanger or whatever so then I left it and then got into a new fandom and then school started. And if any of you love Mha, JJK, Haikyu, Black Clover, Saiki K or Naruto, then cool, I like those animes too :)

Last chapter:

"Y'know, Maria, you're acting weirder than usual," I state, wanting an explanation.

"Oh, sorry," She mumbles, we reach the shore and I turn to her.

"Somethings up, just tell me," I say seriously.

"Okay, I just want to know, do you know about my past?" She asks. I shake my head.

"Well, this is my normal personality, I'm just forced to act like a persuasive bitch because of my.. Boyfriend... He's blackmailing me, and I told Eliza a hint and then she figured it out, that's why she's being nice to me, I act normal around her, but I think I see her blushing, but I don't like her that way, I like someone else," Maria explains, my expression stays the same, surprised.

"Who do you like?" I ask, she just blushes and looks to the side nervously.

"W-well..." Maria starts, looking off to the side nervously, "I like you,"

Angie's POV

I was just standing there shocked, but then finally processed it, Maria Reynolds, the one who I thought liked Peggy and the one that Eliza liked, likes me, the eldest sister, the one that didn't even know until a few seconds ago. Though what surprised me the most was the fear that flashed in her eyes.

"U-uhm... I don't know what to say..." I state, it was the truth, what was I supposed to say anyways? That I liked her back? No! I literally just got to know her real personality for a few seconds and now she's saying that she likes me?

"But I'll be honest, I only got to know your real personality a few seconds ago and, you seem like a good friend, I think we should keep this between us though," I finish, Maria looks quite relieved.

"That's fine," Maria smiles a sweet, sincere smile, which I had never seen before "but do you want to keep the umm... Liking you part a secret or my past and attitude?" She asks, looking up at me. At that moment, she looked... Platonically cute.

"Uhm, how about we tell the others and hide this confession thing in our 'hatred' for each other until I figure out your personality and know if I like you as a friend or more," I say, looking a bit to the side and feeling some heat come to my face, I was definitely not used to a kind Maria.

"Let's head back then?" Maria asks, looking at the bright ocean as the wind blows her hair towards the forest. She looked beautiful- not that I like her, I like her, yes but as a FRIEND and actually, I'm being honest.

I realize that Maria is looking at me weird.

"Did I space out? Sorry, yeah let's head back," I say, we walk back to the clearing, we may have gotten lost a little but Maria pointed out a tree she remembered seeing 15 times and it turned out we were going in circles, don't ask how, we just magically went in circles.
