Chapter48:Save Me.

~Y/N's POV~

I stood there stiff, I waited until a couple students passed by and I blended in with them. They noticed I was suddenly gone, I shoved myself into a nearby storage room. My hands were cold as Ice. I sighed and I felt my knees weaken, the sniper grazed me on my arm, he missed when I blended in the crowd. I sunk to the floor, that wasn't an ordinary bullet at all, it was probably a drug induced bullet.

I felt light headed, my body slowly getting heavy, my vision was becoming blurry and I felt dizzy, I took out my phone and sent out a message to the first person on my contacts.... 'Save Me.' I wished that it was sent before I felt unbearable pain and succumbed to my weak body, Why can't these drugs just stay the fuck away from me. I was completely paralyzed in pain on the storage room floor. The only thing I could do was hope that someone would come and save me, I can't go outside since the people that wants me dead is there. I loose all my senses, I failed to resist the drug and passed out.

~Suna's POV~

'Save Me.'

A message sent by Y/N. My heart dropped, I looked over to where she was before and on the hallway floor was a bullet dent. A fucking bullet dent. I dropped my phone and searched for her in the crowd. I couldn't find her, I looked up to the highest place it could've possibly come from, The rooftop. Someone was up there. I turned to the others who were holding my phone "She needs us. The sniper is at the rooftop, me and the guys are gonna take him while you girls search every corner of the school, Y/N seems to be badly hurt." I said "That's a bit sexist, why do you guys get to fight and we search?" Rei asked "He has a point. We can easily access rooms that Y/N might be in and the guys can't because they are men." Leiko said "Sounded sexist tho but we get the point." Aran said and we all ran off.

We barged into the rooftop, he was there as expected, We quickly pinned him down and tied him up, we disarmed him and he was just a person doing the mastermind's bidding. We called The Headquarters and they were on their way, All of a sudden a ambulance arrived, Suzuki and the girls ran out the school hallways to the field, some of them were crying and some were just looking lifeless, We rushed down and dragged the guy with us.

"What happened!?" Atsumu agitatedly asked "She doesn't have a pulse!" Cho exclaimed as she ran out carrying Y/N, the paramedics took her, Suzuki and Cho went in the ambulance with her and we stayed back to clear up things. Yuko-San was the one explaining, the others seemed to just be in total shock or in hysterics.

"Cho contacted us immediately after she found Y/N barely breathing in the storage room by the stairs, We planned to meet her hear and on the way Suzuki called an ambulance. She said that Y/N was bleeding from her arm but she was ice cold and was extremely pale, we all panicked and quickly got to the field, Cho was the last one to search those halls so she was the only one there while we searched in other places." Yuko-San explained and I felt like the whole world just crashed upon me, I couldn't hear anything clearly, everything was spinning uncontrollably while one phrase replayed in my mind over and over like a broken cassette tape....

"She doesn't have a pulse!"

It echoed and replayed non-stop, the repeated sentences were overlapping and getting louder, My feet grew weak and I staggered back and tripped over my feet "Suna!" Hana exclaimed, my mind went blank, I had no words, my heart was pounding in my chest and I felt as if I couldn't do anything.

~Atsumu's POV~

The moment I saw Y/N being carried into a ambulance again, I felt my heart sink, I stumbled back and sat down on the nearby bench, my hands covering my face, I tried to stop my tears as I overheard Yuko-San's explanation but as she continued on, it was impossible to stop them from falling, We failed to protect her once again, it's only been a few days since she got discharged from the hospital and there she is again, her life on the line every single fucking time.

"Would she still live?" I heard the guy that shot Y/N say, my blood boiled and my body acted on its own and I pounced on the tied up guy and started beating him up. "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!? HUH!? YOU WORTHLESS ASSHOLE!" I yelled at him, each punch landing on him, I got pulled back by Aran and Ōmimi "Calm down Atsumu!" Akagi exclaimed, Osamu walked up behind him and he started hitting the guy too "Osamu!? You Too!?" Ginjima exclaimed, I tried to get out of Aran's grasp as Ōmimi went to pull away Osamu from the guy.

Me and Osamu were cursing endlessly at the guy until Headquarters came to take him away. "That's enough Miya!" Rei yelled at us "Y/N needs us right now so just get back to your senses and let's go!" She pleaded and I was brought back to reality, Aran drove us to the hospital, Shinsuke-San, Rintarou, Osamu and me were in the backseat, the car ride was awfully silent. We arrived and Y/N was still in the ER. We sat in the waiting area and waited until they came out.

~Third Person POV~

The boys stayed at the hallways worrying about Y/N. The bullet was fused with a fatal drug, It placed Y/N's life in danger again, She puts her life on the line every time. She always manages to plan ahead or improvise, She grew up always being a normal target due to the fact they were involved in so much influence to the country.

Many wanted to bring them down for several reasons, Jealousy, Greed, For Fun, Revenge and other things. A always life-threatening position is not easy to manage, They needed to provide safety for the people around them and themselves, they really tried to not be careless with their lives but  with a reputation and job like theirs, its impossible. At gun point, A knife to their back, a plan to kill them, people can be so weak.

A heartbeat to bring back. A life to live. She wasn't okay at all. She needed to be saved for once, she admitted to asking for it, she asked to be saved for the first time... She found a reason to stop being careless about her life. She wanted to stay for them, she wanted to be saved instead of putting someone else above herself.
