Chapter2:Challenge

~Y/N's POV~
-11:45 AM-
-The Next Day-

I was walking down the halls alone since the twins were busy.

The class treats me really special but it's a good thing that they let me do my things that I want.

I was just getting some F/D from the vending machine when Mamaru came.

"Oi!Who even are you!?" She said as she grabbed my wrist tightly,her nails piercing into my skin "Ah!Mamaru-San!Your hurting me!" I said as I tried to pull away,This attracted the attention of some students who were passing by and some ran to get some of my classmates.

"Why is everyone treating you so special!?" She yelled at me,I tried to calm down so I don't pull off a deadly 180 on this girl. A ball then spiked against Leiko's head and it made her loose her grip, I looked to where the direction of the ball came from and I saw Shinsuke Kira and her brother,both are Volleyball Captains, they're twins.

"N/N-Chan!" She called out and I ran towards her and hugging her "Thank You Kira-Senpai!" I said "It's alright N/N,Here..." she said as she took out F/D and one box of chocolate pocky and one box of strawberry pocky, My favorites!
"Thank You Kira-Senpai!" I said and she patted my head,someone suddenly held my wrist and I shuddered at the sudden touch "It's okay N/N-Chan,it's just Kita..." She said and I nodded "It's a little scratched..." Kita-San said as he inspected my wrist "It's fine! It's just a scratch...It just stings but it's fine...." I said with a little smile "We don't want it to get infected even if it's just a scratch,let's get you patched up in the infirmary...." He said and Kira nodded,We made our way to the infirmary.

Kira-San cleaned it and Kita-San bandaged it.
"No receiving drills for you today!" Kira-San joked and I giggled at her, "I can still play Kira-Senpai!Its just a scratch!" I told her and she sighed,we all went to our classes after Lunch.

"N/N-Chan!Are you okay!?" Nari Mirai, Dancer, she asked me "I'm fine,It was just a scratch but Shinsuke Senpais wanted to cover it up!" I explained "It's great your okay, Mamaru was sent to the office earlier..." Nabuyuki Nami,Council Member, She explained "That's a little too much...." I muttered. Leiko bursted through the door and was awfully angry when she saw me.

"I challenge L/N Y/N to Beat Off!" She yelled.
Everyone turned their heads in shock and I looked down to the ground,expressionless.

~Third Person POV~
Everyone starred in shock at black haired girl, the tension in the air could be cut by a knife.
Even students that were passing by were frozen in place.

The silence was broken with Y/N's laugh,it wasn't her usual cute one,it sounded crazy. Everyone was shocked and some were smirking.This new girl has chosen death,

"Are you sure Pretty Girl?~" she cooed,her gaze was still on the floor "What? Scared you'd loose?" Leiko taunted and Y/N gave a bone chilling laugh(Runa's laugh in Kakegurui) she looked up with an adorable smile "This is gonna be so fun! I haven't gotten challenged for the past months and it's making me SAD." She said cutely as she jumped around,she calmed down and looked over the girl once more before walking to the door,she looked back again "Find your team Mamaru Leiko. I'm gonna have a chat with the school staff~" she said as she opened the door and the principal was standing there

"Ah!Sir Ozuru! Can we use the open gym? Oh! And excuse the Beat off performers~" she cooed and smiled innocently.
"Ara Ara...L/N has a beat off? The whole school will be watching! Afternoon Classes are Suspended! Everyone will be preparing for the Beat Off!" The principal said as he patted Y/N's head "Thank You Ozuru Sensei!" Y/N said as she jumped on her heels "Impress us again little Princess..." he said and Y/N smiled smugly and her cute expression shifted to a determined aura in a matter of seconds "When have I failed to do that Ozuru Sensei?" She asked and the principal smiled at her and headed to a voice box which was connected to the school speakers.

"Afternoon Classes are Canceled! Everyone will be at the open gym by 3:00PM later! L/N Y/N HAS A BEAT OFF!"

The speakers echoed and a loud cheering and applause erupted from the school buildings.

"L/N against Mamaru!" It echoed and students chanted Y/N's name.

"How fun~" Y/N cooed and turned her head to the classroom
"MY TEAM. KAT,NAMI,MIRAI,KIRA.REI" She said

She walked through the halls,picking up Rei and Kira on the way and they walked to an empty classroom while Mamaru Leiko found her team, Atsumu's squealing pigs and The VB boys fan club.

Y/N was sucking on a lollipop while leaning on a table, "Ready?" She asked as she stood up properly "Hai!" The girls said "To The Battle Field We Go!" Y/N said as she placed the lollipop back in her mouth and turned to the door "Lead the Way Commander!" Kira jokingly said and they all left the room and walked to the open gym. The benches had roofs while the center ground was clear,The Clouds looked heavy as both teams stood on the covered part of the gym on each side.

"This is gonna be so Fun~" Y/N said as she took out her lollipop and threw the stick on a nearby can.
