Engaging the Enemy (Filename: NCT 127/Dream; Kun; YangYang)

Taeil woke up with an oxygen mask on his face but his mouth tied up. His wrists were tied onto the bed in a silent room. He looked around and saw Jaehyun and Jungwoo on his sides who were still unconscious and also strapped onto the bed. 

He tried kicking the bed but to no prevail. He noticed many others who were awake but were not struggling to free themselves as if they have given up on their lives. Taeil shivered in fear and continued to struggle to free himself. 

Finally, he noticed Jaehyun awake and looking at Taeil with confusion and fear. Taeil looked at him with fear as well. They continued to struggle until Jaehyun was able to loosen his ties and untie himself. He went on to untie Taeil and finally Jungwoo, who was still unconscious.

"Where are we hyung?" Jaehyun asked. 

"How should I know, I just woke up as well."

"Let's try asking the others."

Taeil and Jaehyun walked over to the other awakened hostages. Taeil pulled one of the oxygen masks on the people and removed the mouthpiece.

"Do you know why we are here?" Taeil asked.

"No, we all woke up and were like this. I suggest you don't try to escape though."

"Why?" 

"They killed someone earlier for running away."

Just then, the alarm went off, making Taeil gasp. Jaehyun grabbed his arm and pulled him to the corner. They crawled under the bed as some footsteps walked into the room. Two alien-like creatures walked to the beds that Taeil and Jaehyun were in. Taeil heard the alien speak but couldn't understand them. They were facing Jungwoo's bed and speaking. 

Jaehyun took a knife out of his shirt sleeve, to the shock of Taeil. He hushed Taeil before slowly crawling out of the bed. Taeil watched as Jaehyun jumped on one of the aliens, slashing at the tube on its back while kicking the other alien off balance. The alien shrieked as the tube slapped and fell onto the floor as the other scrambled to aim its gun at Jaehyun who jumped over the bed and grabbed Jungwoo to dodge the beam. 

Taeil quickly crawled out and grabbed the pillow on the bed to throw at the alien, grabbing its attention. Slowly, Taeil sidestepped to Jaehyun and Jungwoo as the alien watched cautiously.

"I hope you have another plan, Jaehyun."

Kun, Yangyang, and Bella walked in the now deserted city of Seoul. Bella was on high alert, sniffing as they were walking. Kun suddenly stopped when he heard the sounds of gunshots, stopping Yangyang as well. 

"What's going on over there?" Yangyang asked.

"I don't know. Should we go over there?" Kun replied.

"What if they're... aliens?" 

Before Kun could answer, Bella started barking and started running. Yangyang lost his grip on the leash as Bella ran. They quickly ran after Bella, shouting at her name. 

"Wait, gege... isn't that-"

Yangyang stopped running as he saw a white bichon dog appear and Bella going to it. Kun stopped as well when he saw Chenle, Mark, Renjun, and Haechan in view, making eye contact with them. 

"Oh my gosh, it's Kun and Yangyang!" Mark exclaimed. 

Kun and Yangyang sighed in relief as they greeted them. They caught each other up with what happened. Yangyang stared at the ray gun Haechan was holding. 

"Hyung, what are you holding?"

"Oh, this?" Haechan lifted it up for Kun and Yangyang to see. "It's an alien weapon. We picked it up after defeating one-"
