--DIPPER'S POV--
"Um...wow..." I shrugged. "To be honest..."
I knew what I needed to say, I knew it was the truth. But it hurt even if I knew it to be true.
"Wendy..." I took a deep breath. "We kinda like it like this."
"What?" Wendy stepped back. "Really? You two must have major issues."
I was hurt by that. I stood up, realizing I was taller than Wendy now. I pinned my ears flat back and walked straight to her.
"What. Did. You. Say?" I asked breathily.
"Uh..." Wendy looked him straight in the eyes and repeated her statement. "You two have to have mental issues if you...like this!" She yelled the last two words.
"Well, then LEAVE." I stepped back, ears still pinned straight back, arms crossed. Wendy's eyes were wide.
She turned and slowly walked out.
"Aw, bro bro..." Mabel whispered. "You didn't have t-"
"Yes I did." Dipper cut her off. "Mabel, I don't know if you realize this, but this...this is is now. And...if we don't accept ourselves for...ourselves...then where are we? And if someone else can't accept us, then maybe they just..." He took a deep breath. "Are wrong. Really wrong."
--MABEL'S POV--
Ok, woohoo, Dipper saved the day. Yay.
His speech was inspiring though. I had to admit.
"Thank...you.."I slowly drifted off to sleep.
