((Surprise! Happy birthday/general random holiday! Have another update.))
--DIPPER'S POV--
I opened my eyes to find someone had moved me back to my bed. I groaned and rubbed my head.
"Look who's up." I heard Mabel's voice from across the room.
"How long was I even out?" I mumble.
"It's noon."
"Not so bad then."
"Dipper."
"What?"
"It's noon. Noon tomorrow."
I shot up, hitting my head on the wall. "Ow..." I looked back to Mabel. "I was out that long?"
"Yep. And...the party for the camping development was last night Dipper." She begins.
"Yes?" I couldn't quite remember everything leading up to me passing out.
"Dipper..." Mabel took a deep breath. "Stan took me out when I woke up. It's a ghost town out there."
"What? You went ou-ohh..." I realized why she could've.
"Everyone's locked themselves in and they're refusing to come out. Soos hasn't come to work, not has Wendy..." Mabel laughed. "About Wendy. She called to apologize. Ya know, you kinda feel sorry for someone when you're shoved into their situation, huh?"
I laughed. "Guess she learned her lesson."
--MABEL'S POV--
"Mmhmm..." I started twirling a strand of my hair.
"So...wanna go into town and try to convince people to come out?" Dipper asked.
"I dunno...Stan and I had no luck this morning...plus, I'm kinda tired to be honest." I yawned to prove my point.
"Fine, lazy." Dipper laughed. "Tomorrow then."
"Mister Listy-face."
I'm bad at comebacks.
"What?" He laughed.
I peacefully drifted off to sleep.
--STAN'S POV--
I was watching a rerun of "The Duchess Approves"(if anyone asks, I can't find the remote, and it's not under the chair), and thinking.
If the whole town had already had some of that water...
I guess it would be unfair if I didn't.
