__________
(Y/n's POV)
The battle was drawing closer to us as I rode towards it. I could hear the sounds of clashing swords and axes, followed by yells and groans. The battle soon came into my vision, making me stop in my tracks.
"No..." I whispered. The Witch's army was far greater than Peter's. We had no chance to win, not at all. The horse looked up at me, and spoke.
"Is something wrong?" she asked. I looked at her with shock, and then relaxed.
"How am I supposed to warn Peter? I can't fight through this!" I said.
"Remember what Aslan said?"
"I know you can, my dear warrior."
My expression turned serious and I drew my sword. "Let's do this! Uhm... what would your name be?" I asked the horse.
"Call me Dahlia."
"Let's ride, Dahlia!" She neighed and sprinted towards the battlefield again. A horn sounded and they started moving towards the rocky passages. Dahlia snorted and went as fast as her legs could carry, and I yelled a battle cry. Dwarves and cyclops' got in my way and I slayed them, killing them with one foul slice of my sword.
I looked ahead and saw Peter get launched off his unicorn, making his helmet fly off and land on his back.
"Peter!" I yelled. Dahlia whinnied in distress as arrows were shot at her. "Dahlia, find a safe spot!"
She galloped to find a good hiding spot for us momentarily. My heart was practically beating out of my chest, like it wanted to just leap out. I clenched my sword in my hand, and looked closely at the writing that was written on the blade. Or engraved.. that's when I realized what Father Christmas meant when he said this sword was special.
"To my dear, Y/n. Let this sword be a reminder to always keep fighting. Love, your loving mother and father~"
I clenched it harder, and flet a scream leave my throat, and I hopped off of Dahlia, and started to slay ees ach and everyone of the Witch's soldiers.
(Peter's POV)
What was that scream? My head hurt. I groaned and tried to stand up while the unicorn I was riding struggled to stand on her hooves again. I stood up and watched the Witch come closer, and heard pounding footsteps. I looked behind me to see Oreius and a rhino riding towards the Witch.
"Stop!" I yelled, but they didn't listen. The rhino clashed into the other army, causing them to get knocked down or die, but was eventually killed. Oreius continued on, yelling a battle cry as he raised his sword to the Witch, and swung at her. She quickly dodged it, and took her chance to stab him with her wand, turning him to stone.
I froze and watched as she continued to freeze others, we were losing the others roo fast. Griffins flew through the sky towards the Witch, but she used her sword and wand to kill them and turn one ro stone, causing then to crash onto a rock and collapse through some more fights. I quickly shielded myself before looking back at the Witch. She glared at me, and I looked back at Edmund.
"Edmund! There's too many! Get out of here!" I ordered. "Get the girls and get them home!" I quickly blocked some other fights as Mr. Beaver pulled Edmund away.
As I continued to fight, I could faintly see someone else I havent seen fight. I quickly killed off the minotaur I was fighting and looked over to see... Y/n!?
