Chapter 6: vs. everybody

"Dee!" I ain't heard nobody call me Dee in awhile. It always been Barmer or Diamond for the last 3 years of my life.

"Wassup Runna!" I dapped him up. Not gon to lie, stepping into this shit really put me back in my bag. It been awhile since I seen how the inside of the trap house looked. It still looked the same but more normalized. I told Q I wanted this shit to be as undetectable as possible. That's why it just looked like a regular house. But the conversations had on this couch, and the shit that was baggied up on this coffee table was far from normal.

"I missed you so much boss lady. For real, Q may not admit it but we need you." Runna smiled. He got his name exactly how it sounded. He was a record holding track star in high school, but due to his family life. Collegiate sports wasn't an option for him. He found his place in my make shift family we made here. Together Runna, Q, Kai, and I created this shit from the ground up. Everything was fine until my dumb ass decided to fuck with Kai. Ever since our relationship became a thing, shit started falling apart in our crew. To be honest, it had more to do with Kai acting brand new and trying to take over.

You live and you learn...

"I need y'all too." I admitted. Runna smiled and hugged me.

"For real, so glad to see you're out in one piece." He hugged me.

"Aye! Aye ! Aye! Stop with all that sentimental shit." I knew that was Q. I made eye contact with him as he smirked with his arms crossed and my mind instantly went back to a memory.

"You really don't know how much I always loved your ass do you?" He grunted while he was inside of me. My hands gripped the cool metal tables in the conjugal visit room.

"Shit!" I screamed. Feeling him deep inside of me.

"I wish you never gave that nigga Kai the time of day. I been waiting for this day. The day you see that I was the one who really loved you." He dug deeper into me as I let out moan that I didn't even know was within me.

I looked back into his eyes knowing everything he was saying was sincere.

That sent me over the edge as I screamed even louder.  He caressed my skin softly as his speed stayed the same and I loved every minute of it.

"I been waiting so long for this."

I looked down breaking away from the hug. So maybe I stretched the truth when I said I hadn't had anyone except for Kai. Q... was definitely a loose end that needed snipping.

If anyone was here for me through this whole shit. It was him. I could put on a calendar the amount of times he seen me. Like clock work he would visit me every Friday. Slowly as the years progressed on we started to learn each other more as friends. We had always been cool but our relationship was based through Kai. He was always Kai's best friend to me. But he showed how much he really did love me.

I never really knew either one of them wanted me, but Kai stepped to the plate first and now I see why.

"Good to have you home. Took you long enough to come see us." Q smirked looking at me. Something about that look made me nervous.

"Y'all know where I be at. You could have popped up to my getting out celebration." If they did. Honestly, I would have never met Sevyn. Q would have shut that down with the quickness. He knew that we fucked around now and he wasn't too happy. Not because of the way he felt for me... but because of who's child Sevyn is.
