New Heros

Chapter 4

"Tom. You should've seen these kids. They were amazing." Ling bragged.
"Those two kids saved my life. With out them this plane would've never made it." Tom said. "Tell them the portal is gonna open so hold on."

Ling ran into Charlie on her way out.
"What happened to your leg?" He asks.
"Demon stabbed it." Charlie looked at her leg, and put his hand on it. A pink aurora softly touch the wound, and healed it fast.
"Thank you."
"Thank you for saving me." Charlie said.

Ling told the kids to pick a spot to sit, fasten their seat belts and hold on. They did, and were waiting patiently.
"We are almost there." Ling said
"EVERYBODY HANG ON!!!!!!" Tom screamed. Then all of a sudden, they were moving really fast. Everything began to shake. They all had a window seat, and saw the portal with their own eyes. It was amazing. A big flash appeared, then the portal behind them closed. It was night time. They all saw a gigantic building.
"Welcome to Arbnomes Academia multùm. Latin for Abnormal Academy/ Extraordinary Powers." The plane landed in the school's courtyard, Ling took the kids down to the loading area.

"Okay kids. This is where you all get off." Ling says. "Since we found all of you, you all will be sleeping in the same room."
"Wait we don't have extra clothes with us to sleep in." Alexa said.
"Whoops." Ling said laughing. She snapped her fingers, and each one of them had a suit case appear. "It has all you need."
"Now follow me." Ling led the way into the building.

"Where is everyone?" Charlie asked.
"Sleeping." Ling said. The hallways were big, white, long and and quiet. All they heard was their foot steps. Ling led them to the dorm hallway.
"Here ya are. Room 378." She opened the door, and it was a small room with one chair. Ling saw their shocked reactions, and looked in the room.
"Sorry again." She closes the door snaps her fingers, the opens the door. A fancy living room was shown with a flats screen t.v. "There is a door on the left, that is for the girl's, on the right is the boy's. Sleep tight. Big day tomorrow. There are simple rules you all must know. Students can't harm each other, and don't break curfew. Good night" Ling said. Snapped her fingers and disappeared.

"Well, now what?" Rocky asked.
"I guess we go to bed." Johnny said, taking his suitcase, Charlie, and Alex followed.
Amber, Bonnie, and Alexa went to their rooms. Rocky was about to go to his, when Lonnie stopped him. She pulled him in for a hug.
"Thanks for saving me." She said.
"No problem." Rocky said hugging her back. They let go of each other.
"See you tomorrow." Rocky said picking up his suitcase. Lonnie grabbed hers.
"Yeah."

Lonnie walked into her room with the girls. All of them were giving her, "you like him" stares.
"What?" She asks.
"Don't give me that what." Bonnie said smiling. Lonnie was blushing.
"Girl, you can't hide it." Alexa laughed.
"I might not know you that well, but even I know you have a crush on Rocky." Amber was on her bunk bed smiling.

"You like my sister don't you?" Johnny asked Rocky.
"What makes you say that?"
"Cause when the demon charged at her, you could've shot an aurora at it, but you jumped in the way." Johnny said. "It's alright if you like her. You're the first guy I approve of then her last boyfriends." Johnny said putting his suitcase under his bed.
"Really?"
"Yep. Just one thing. Why do you like her?"
"She's beautiful." Rocky said. Alex jumped off his bunk bed.
"Might be cheesy, but he's telling the truth. I can sense things. He's not dangerous." Alex said.

Charlie laid on his bed. He looked at his hands. The hands that froze his father in time, and killed the demon. He heard the guy's conversation.
"Am I dangerous?" He asked.
Alex looked at him.
"Umm.... not really. You can and can't be." Alex said. "I'm not scared of you so yeah you're a nice kid."

Everyone was on their beds, thinking about what they are into, what they left behind, and what's gonna happen tomorrow. Quite frankly, none of them cared. They were happy to be away from their problems.
