Caution (Alex Gaskarth) *SLOW UPDATES*

"Hey Adam." I say when I reach the front of the bus the next morning. Adam looks away from the TV and smiles before turning his head back.

"So how did your late night chat with Mr.Gaskarth go?" He asks with a smirk. I almost choke on the water I just took a drink of.

"Eves drop much?" I retaliate with a small laugh.

"Only until I realized that's who you were talking to. Once I did I went to the back room with Jack and Rian. Ask them." He says. I shake my head and walk over to the couch and sit down next to him.

"It was better than I thought it would be. Definitely awkward at first." I say.

"Well you knew it was going to be awkward Logan. That was a given. You did the right thing by talking to him." Adam says. I nod.

"I told him that we could be friends and that we could work to getting back what we had." I say. Adam looks at me.

"You have to be careful. I see how you are already by telling him he has to work for it, but Logan look at how quick he let you go. I'm not saying you did the wrong thing because I don't think you did but I am saying be careful." Adam says. He keeps eye contact with me until I nod. He smiles then and turns his attention back to the TV. I reach over and take one of the strawberries out of his bowl and he does nothing.

"How does Criminal Minds sound?" He asks looking over to me. I nod frantically and he laughs.

Adam and I are the base of the band. Our parents dated for almost three years and we became the best of friends. When our parents split it just made us even stronger. One day he came into the music room with me and we just had a surprise jam sesh which lead to the words, 'We need a lead guitarist and a drummer stat.' About four months later 'Crown the Fallen'  was born.

"Morning losers." Rian says as he and Jesse enter the lounge.

"If I remember correctly," Adam starts looking back to Rian.

"Shut the fuck up." Rian says bringing laughter to fill the room.

The two join us in the lounge and as we all get sucked into the episode before us Zack, and Alex enter the room.

"Criminal minds eh?" Alex asks taking a seat next to me. Alex and I used to watch shows like this all the time but never this one.

"Yeah. You watch it?" I ask. He nods taking a drink from the water bottle he grabbed from the fridge.

That's how we spend the rest of the time on the bus. Watching Criminal minds and talking about the tour and our favorite shows that we played, our least favorite, the best song we wrote. It isn't until we stop at the venue that we realize,

"Marley and Jack are still asleep." Jesse says as we stand to get our bags.

"Jack won't be up for a while. We usually just go in without him." Rian says to Jesse. With that we all venture into the venue.

We reach the dressing room and drop our stuff before Rian, Zack, Adam and I leave  to explore.

"So how did everyone sleep?" Adam asks looking at me with a smirk. I glare at him. He laughs.

"I'm so lost." Zack says as we get to the backstage area. It's a really pretty venue. I like it a lot.

"Logan had a late night." Adam says.

"Adam shut the hell up. I talked some things out with Alex. I think." I say.

"Wait what?" Rian asks stopping. I shrug.
