Hearing that would've honestly hurt so much more. Like, it would show how Hunter still hasn't come to terms with Crosshair being gone and is so used to him being there that he automatically says his name like that when dictating the Batch's next move.
The impact on them as a team (and as brothers) would've been so much stronger.
