yet again, a long. long. normal day of school. the only thing exciting me was my next class with vinnie, my neighbour. we've been best friends since we were 5.
the bell rang and i grabbed my books and before i walked out, jake, one of my classmates came up to me. we walked and talked until we reached the history class. i noticed vinnie glance at jake as i went to sit beside him.
"hey" vinnie smiled in response, seems like someones in a mood. the class went on vinnie barely spoke to me which is weird. as soon as the last bell rang, vinnue went straight out snd didn't even wait.
i went to my locker grabbed what i needed shoved them into my bag. yet again jake came up to me. do i have s problem? nope because he's fit and genuinely nice, he was basically a player last year but i feel like he's changed.
vinnie's pov:
earlier y/n walked into the last class with jake, the school player. i got jealous because i'll admit i like her how could i not. she's beautiful, but i wouldn't have a chance we're best friends.
i know i stormed out of class but i still decided to wait for y/n outside anyways. only to see her walk out with jake. i couldn't take it so i went over.
y/n's pov:
i see vinnie fast walking over to me and jake. "hi ye y/n let's go home" he grabbed my arm. weird but i laughed it off "i'm actually walking home with jake" "no" he fully pulled me away. now i was mad. i quickly turned to jake and mouthed "I'm sorry".
"what the fuck is your problem" i stopped. no answer. "hellooo would you like to answer a simple question. there was nothing wrong i was onl-" "you aren't serious, you think i'd let you hang around with him" "your not serious" "what do you mean, you and him a player no" "one he's different now and two why do you care?"
"i care because i like you, god no i love you. there i said it ok? i love you and do you think i like seeing you with a guy especially jake. jake of all people."
"vinnie" "no just don't" "alright tell me you love me then walk away".
